Simple D3 and K2 Combination in Small Capsules
I like having vitamin D3 and K2 together in a single supplement rather than keeping separate bottles around. Each capsule provides 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 along with vitamin K2 as MK-7, and the ingredient list is relatively straightforward without a long list of unnecessary extras.The capsules are small and genuinely easy to swallow, which is a nice change from some supplements that require taking several large pills. It’s also only one capsule per serving, so adding it to a regular supplement routine is simple. The bottle is compact and contains 30 servings.I also appreciate that the K2 uses MenaQ7 and that the product is labeled USDA Organic and vegan. I’ve been paying more attention to vitamin D as I get older because it’s important for things like maintaining strong bones, supporting normal muscle function, and helping the immune system function properly. It’s also one of those nutrients that can be easy to overlook, especially if you don’t get much sun exposure. I haven’t noticed any dramatic difference from taking it, but I don’t really expect that from a vitamin. For me, it’s more about consistently getting an adequate amount over time rather than waiting for some noticeable impact. My doc says I don’t need 5000 IU daily, but I think “better safe than sorry” is the way to go.

This says organic, non-GMO, formulated in the USA (which often means manufactured elsewhere, but the product information page says made in USA and 3rd-party tested), and has a GMP stamp. They are also partners with Vitamin Angels, which is a plus for me.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle (and website), along with the website address. Their BuyPeakPerformance site is functional and informative, and includes a video by the founder.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I’ve had good experiences with Vit D3+K2 before, and from this company as well. YAY: organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and does not include other junk!
I’m a big fan of supplements that don’t require swallowing something the size of a small submarine, so these capsules immediately earned points for being small and easy to take. If u read my other suplement revies, you will know I hate HORSE pills. I also like the D3 + K2 combination because these two vitamins complement each other when it comes to supporting bone health and calcium metabolism per my research online. The 5,000 IU of D3 makes this a high-potency option, while the K2 is the MK-7 form, which is known for staying in the body longer than some other forms of vitamin K. I appreciate that the formula is organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and does not include other junk. It’s become an easy addition to my daily routine—and thankfully, no wrestling match with a giant pill required!

Am quite pleased with this Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement so far. I especially like that it combines 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 with K2 MK-7 using the clinically studied MenaQ7 ingredient, which gives the formula a more thoughtful and quality-focused feel. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, have a neutral taste and smell, and have been very easy for me to take and tolerate with no bad effects thus far. Newly Organic For My Stack!
I already use Peak Performance Vit D3 + K2 so was thrilled to try this one out. Everything I normally use but in an organic version. It hasn’t been lost on me that all of those excipients in supplements have little bits of stuff we don’t want in them. Would I ever eat non-organic rice in my daily life? No. So I’m glad that the rice hulls here are also organic as well as the pullulan capsules and, of course, the actual vitamins!I see that these are $14.99 for 30 capsules whereas the non-organic ones are $19.99 for 60 capsules. While all those little amounts of non-organic ingredients do add up, basically paying an extra $10 for the same size may not always be worth it.

There are many positive things I like about this Vitamin D3 supplement:* small easy to swallow capsules* 3rd party tested, so important when it comes to supplements* D3 and K2 are combined for you to help with absorption* safety sealed containerI’m more used to my vitamin D in an oil-based carrier but I did not have any trouble with these. These are just as easy to swallow, no issues at all. The only thing I didn’t like is the oversized plastic bottle, my brand new 30 capsule bottle arrived only 1/3 full.
