    This product works!

    After saying I was going to try it for many years, I finally did and I am very impressed with Valerian Root. Within one hour of taking it with a little water I felt much more relaxed and ready for sleep… As a menopausal woman, I don’t expect to sleep like a baby, but I do think my sleep quality improves when I take this. Thanks for a good product. I am going to keep using it. Will order again!

    Helps me to sleep better

    I take an hour before bedtime n it seems to help me fall asleep quicker than if I forget to take it. It’s an extract, but not very strong tasting like some extracts are. Will order again

    This is a great bedtime supplement!

    Love that I have added this, chamomile drops, a sleep funnier and Ashwaganda to might nighttime routine. It’s definitely helped me feel more relaxed and tired in the evening, the taste isn’t too bad. I chew a sleep gummie after I put these drops under my tongue and it’s been working great. Literally look forward to bedtime now!!

    Works, but smells terrible

    So the smell of this is awful!! It’s so bad. Smells like dirty feet. I luckily had a naked green smooth drink. I put it in a cup with that and couldn’t taste anything. I was surprised. So I only do it with that. I’m scared to know how it would taste based on the smell. Definitely will look for this in capsules next time. When I open the bottle it stinks up my kitchen. It’s pretty bad. It does work though. Helps me sleep.
