    Love this brand

    I love this brand & I use their Vitamin D K3. I have for years now.I thought I’d give their magnesium citrate a try for IBS-C. It does work, but I don’t take it everyday.I am concerned about the dosage being so high & being hard on my kidney, so I only take it on a need bases.There are a lot of pills in the bottle so this will last me a long time.

    I reorder this exact brand of magnesium for my hypomagnesemia. It is so far the most bioavailable version for my body, absorbs well and controls my levels perfectly. I’ve tried many over 5 years and this is the best one I’ve found so far. Highly recommend due to the high quality and the dose is able to be split for me, so it lasts me 3 months before I need more. So highly cost effective in relation to the dollar per dose ratio.
