I can’t comment on the immune function, particularly since I have the fortune to be rather strong in that department already and I rarely find myself getting sick.What are the things with the mushroom supplements is it’s actually quite hard to get a really good sense of how strong they are since the amounts given can be difficult to correlate to other similar mushroom supplements. What I can say, is that these do seem to be a nice potency. Seems like a good quality supplement
I have been curious about Mushroom products. I believe this is one of those products that can only be determined after use over a period of time. I could not tell you I have experienced any specific benefits after taking for a few weeks now. One annoying aspect of this product is that it is suggested to take on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before a meal. I often have difficulty trying to time different supplements with their specific instructions for when to take. It is much easier if there are not special instructions with regard to taking with or without food. I guess I get it, though, there are best practices for best results. I have not noticed any negative effects of any type from usage either, although I would say I do not feel I have sensitivities to new things in general. The capsules are standard size and not any more difficult to swallow than any other capsule product. They do not smell the greatest but it isn’t terribly strong so that doesn’t bother me. Overall, if these contain ingredients anyone is interested to try, these are worth trying. It does say “Bottled in USA”.

It’s tricky territory to say whether or not something “works”, since our bodies are all different, however, I don’t have any negative things to say about this product. So I’ll focus more on quality because I think most of us often wonder what we’re going to really end up with when we order supplements…The bottle is packaged with safety in mind. It has a clear safety plastic band on the outer lid, then a strong safety seal on the inside. I always appreciate when reviews let me know that, because I feel more confident ordering something that I won’t be wondering so much if it’s been tampered with before getting to me.The full count (60 capsules) were present upon opening, and there’s no weird or offensive smell coming from the bottle. And actually, to me it kinda of smells similar to cocoa— just faintly, but if anything, I like the smell lolThe capsules are strong and secure—there was virtually no “dust” in the bottom of the bottle when I took the capsules out to count them. So I feel good knowing that I’ll be getting the full amount of the product.They’re a medium size capsule, and go down easily (and lately I’ve been struggling with this for some reason, so I was extra happy that these go down so easily). I tried to include a pic for size reference, as that’s something else I always appreciate.There’s no way to know for sure what is in the caps, but what is stated to be in them checks out in my research. I like that there’s a blend instead of just one ingredient and that there’s not a bunch of weird fillers that aren’t really necessary. As directed, I take two caps with at least 8oz of water—about 30 mins before eating.I haven’t had any undesirable effects from taking them. I don’t get an upset stomach or gas or jitters. I’ll have to finish the bottle to know for sure how they positively effect me, but so far I just feel good overall, like something (or things) have improved— a little more energy and motivation (perhaps from better focus), and I don’t know if this is directly related, but I feel like my sleep is more restful.Overall, I would recommend this product.
