easy to swallow, no gi problems
I really never know how to review supplements. There’s no way I can really tell if they’re doing what they’re suppose to do….is there?? Then on top of that, I hate reviews that simply tell you what’s already in the description.So I’ll try to tell you what’s not in the description….It’s one large capsule a day. It’s easy to swallow as it’s a capsule and not one of those coated tablets. It does not start to dissolve on your tongue or in the back of your throat.It has not made me burp, upset my stomach, given me diarrhea, constipation, or gas. I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks now.I’m a vegetarian and am very happy to find a supplement that doesn’t contain shellfish.I have DJD and a bone disease called Fibrous Dysplasia. This has not cured either…but didn’t expect it to. But it gives me piece of mind that I’m helping my body as much as I can.It hasn’t hurt me and gives me peace of mind.

Bad reaction
This product made me violently ill twice…diarrhea (explosive) and vomiting. I am so disappointed and upset. I would not even give this product one star.

This will lower your blood sugar
This is a potent supplement. If you want to lower your blood sugar, you may want to take this. It increases plasma insulin (Scutellaria baicalensis), helps with bone growth and can reverse bone loss, lowers LDL-C (bad cholesterol), and even more. You can find all of that by searching for the Genus species (Scutellaria biacalensis) in Pubmed. For me, it literally dropped my blood sugar by 20-30 points. Crazy – some mornings I woke up with extremely LOW blood sugar. So, be careful! I don’t recommend taking this on a keto diet; my blood sugar went dangerously low then. But, when eating pizza and other carbs, my blood sugar was much lower than without ReginiFREE.

Seemed to help. But stopped using it after awhile & problem didn’t return so don’t really know what to attribute that too. Have a friend who thinks it’s wonderful.
