Nice Supplement
This supplement contained several different things that I was currently taking as individual supplements, so i thought I might as well get this one so I would not have as many pills to take. The ingredients in this supplement should aid in exercise performance and help with blood flow. So far after taking this supplement, I have not had any adverse or negative side effects.

Taurine + a lot more (but also not a lot more)
This capusule provides a nice combination of lots of things I’ve read are effective: Taurine (for heart, brain, and nerves), Creatine, Amino Acids, Ginseng, and Beetroot (which I’ve already been taking). But besides the dosage for the Taurine (800 mg per capsule), the amounts for the other ingredients are super low (for example, the ginseng capsule I already take has 1,000 mg while this has 150 and I’m guessing the beetroot and creatine amounts are probably too low to have any real effect). But this is still a good choice for the Taurine and as kind of safety-valve supplement in case my diet/supplementation routine is low.

Easy to swallow
I’m a supplement nut. I take a bunch of vitamins and supplements. This one was new to me, but the Taurine, L-Arginine, Creatine and the other ingredients are helpful to the body. Combined, they help with energy, balancing fluids, and muscle regeneration. The amino acid L-Arginine is converted to Nitric Acid which causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. I play ice hockey and take these and other supplements to give me an edge. This seems to have a lot of good ingredients in it that help with that.

I should have known better as every single review is a vine review of free product. There should be an ingredient dec on the product info page. I feel no different while on it vs off it.

I take taurine daily after doing a lot of research and realized that it would be a great supplement for my health. I like that the main ingredient is taurine and there are additional supplements added. That is a big plus. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have not experienced any negative side effects. All is good.
