I am not diabetic and would like to watch my A1C and weight. I was taking two a day and saw a tv show that said that we should have at least 1200mg per day of Berberine. I started taking (4) a day and my stomach felt like an incinerator every night. Not doing that again. I used up the bottle in a month and loss weight afterwards. Now something is trying to make me gain the weight back. Have to put this Berberine on pause and do my due diligence.

My wife bought this to help her lose fat. This is her review: Mildly smells pleasant and has no bad taste or after taste. Easy to swallow. I have lost about 5 lbs within the first 2 weeks. I feel less bloated in my abdomen. Less fat on my rear end, thighs and on my abdomen. Sugar Cravings have subsided during the day but are still present of an evening when I take it. I plan on switching it to in the morning to see if that makes a difference. I also take a greens vitamin, garlic, biotin, ashwagandha and cranberry. I started off at 169 and am down to 164. I am 5′ 3″. I am moderately active with walking and my job although I would like to exercise more. I will write another review if I see more changes in a month. Amy

This is good stuff! After using another stronger brand with titanium dioxide as one of the ingredients, I like this one better. I usually take one capsule daily then skip some days in between.
