I ordered this as whenever vine offers pre-workouts, I give them a try since I use a scoop almost daily. I’ve tried dozens of preworkouts over the last decade and had some winners as some losers.I think this one falls in the middle of the pack. The fruit punch flavor is sweet and sour but mildly so, so id consider it one of the better fruit punch flavors ice tried.The ingredient list seems comprehensive and includes clear dosing for all the ingredients both filler and effective. The tub is 30 servings which used to be the standard until pre-workouts moved to 20 serving tubs.I noticed the caffeine and other stimulants made for a nice high energy workout without being overstimulating creating an anxiety like feeling. I would say this matches other upper mid-range products but doesn’t stand out from an energy perspective or vascularity perspective.

Fruit punch flavored pre workout powder
I have tried several powders from this company, Type Zero. They seem to be a reputable company that makes quality products that are non GMO, third party tested, and friendly to people with diabetes. Made and tested in the USA. The formula includes a power packed recipe of ingredients that are known for boosting work out performance and supporting muscle recovery. It does have 200 mg of caffeine in it, which has a pleasant non jittery effect, but something to note depending on the time of your workout and daily caffeine consumption of other beverages. I love the sour fruit punch flavor. It does have stevia in it, which typically I am not a fan of, but in this case it is not noticeable to me. Easy and delicious way to begin your workout thoroughly hydrated. This is keto friendly as well. A bit expensive for 21 servings for about $30.00. The scoop measurement is huge, so I have been using half a scoop as it also gives me a smaller dose of caffeine.

Tastes great, provides a huge jolt
“Type Zero” powders always taste really good, and this ‘fruit punch’ flavor doesn’t disappoint. This is my third one from them, and I’ve been very happy each time. The container comes with its own scoop, so there is no measuring necessary to get the proper amount. The ingredients in this one, combined with the 200mg of caffeine, really provide a kick in the pants. In fact, after the first time I used it, I have been using less than a scoop each time after, because it still provides plenty of energy. Needless to say, it’s very effective. I actually often like to avoid caffeine, but there are times when it just feels necessary, so I give in a couple times a week.As I mentioned, I’ve used “Type Zero” powders before, and they are a reputable brand that I trust. Their products are made in the U.S., and are also 3rd party tested. My only real complaint is that they only provide 21 servings in the container. I feel like it should be 30 servings for the price, but I still love the product.

Good Clean Preworkout. A Bit On The Weak Side If That’s What You’re Into
I’ve been using this pre-workout for a couple weeks now and it’s been pretty solid overall. Energy from the 200mg caffeine hits clean without feeling jittery, and I do notice a bit of focus kicking in during lifts, though it’s not like some crazy tunnel vision effect. Pumps are decent but not insane, probably more of a “good workout day” boost than anything dramatic. Flavor is fine, nothing special but also not hard to drink, and it mixes well enough with just a shaker. I do think some ingredients feel a bit underdosed if you’re really picky about formulas, but for everyday gym sessions it gets the job done. Not perfect, but I’d still grab it again, hence the 4 stars.
