    So this is one of those things in the nature of , how do you evaluate?… there was nothing wrong with thequality whatsoever. not to big..easy to swallow. They just didnt agree with my body. I just felt like crap for a week and finally realized these were the reason why.

    I’ve used several Toniiq products. This is the first time using their Curcumin. I usually buy the Costco brand. The Toniiq brand is great. Works as advertised, and when on sale, is a great value.

    I was recently diagnosed with a common ailment of elders in one of my hips. It has caused me some pain and discomfort as well as interfering with my ability to get around a bit. After consulting with several knowledgeable physicians, it was suggested that I begin taking some non-narcotic, over-the-counter pain meds which I have done. Although this has been helpful, after reading about curcumin, I decided to give it a try. I chose this particular brand because it is also paired with black pepper which is supposed to aid in absorption. Since beginning taking this product, I have been able to reduce the other meds I was taking as well as my finding my walking is not much hindered by my hip pain. I am quite convinced that this product has significantly improved the quality of my life and will continue to use it.

Every single morning, and throughout the day I’m forced to pop my feet in order to relieve my pain so that I can walk at all. After taking ONLY TWO DOSAGES over the two days of this concentrated turmeric, on the third day, I didn’t have to pop them till late morning 🤯🤯. I was flabbergasted. I always pop them in my bed as soon as I wake up, FOR ALMOST A DECADE! The pain relief I got made me tear up, literally. This dosage was the only change in my routine.Now, I bought this for my dad because he has pain issues and I was looking for some natural ways to help supplement his otherwise strong medications. So, I figured I shall try some myself as well. I had ZERO EXPECTATIONS!! I’ve taken turmeric all my life, natural kind, in my soups/curries. Used it on wounds successfully, even acne. I never scar when I use it. So I knew of its benefits.Never took a strong dosage however. So, I had NO IDEA that it’d solve one of my biggest issues, and that too, sooo fast. I can’t wait to see what happens after a month of consistent use. Maybe I can dance again 🥺.
