    these gummies are good! they are not sticky. yes the leave a little bit of spicy taste afterwards, but that’s the black pepper. the black pepper helps you digest the turmeric and ginger. the flavor is orange, I love it. it’s a soft gummy. I will purchase again. Just started taking them today, not sure on the effectiveness. oh and they smell like turmeric and oranges combined together.
