I’ve been taking this supplement for about two weeks, and so far I’ve noticed that I feel a little more alert than usual. I’m currently studying for an important exam, so I wanted to try a nootropic supplement to see if it could help support my focus and memory while studying. It’s still too early for me to say whether I’ve noticed a significant improvement in those areas, but I plan to continue taking it and see how I feel over time.I like the variety of ingredients included in the formula, such as Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, B12, Ginkgo Biloba, Bacopa, and Lion’s Mane. One thing I do wish it had is USP verification or another recognized independent third-party certification to provide additional assurance that the product contains the ingredients and amounts stated on the label.The capsules are not particularly large or difficult to swallow. They’re about the same size as my regular multivitamin capsules, and I haven’t noticed any unpleasant aftertaste.I’ve been taking it according to the manufacturer’s directions, two capsules after eating. So far, I do feel like I’m noticing some effect in terms of alertness, and I’ll continue using it to see if I notice further improvements in focus and memory.

Good mix

Pretty good mix. It does have some caffine but before I realized that I continued to drink my morning/afternoon cups and I didnt have any issues falling asleep or felling wired. The size of the pills is just normal, not huge or small. They go down easy, and I didnt have any ill effects after. Now for the effectiveness: this is subjective for me I would say it helped at work. Although I will say that it doesnt substitute a good night’s rest. I found that my sleep effected things more, but on days that I got sufficient sleep it seemed to give me a boost.

I went into this one skeptical, and after researching it, I am still somewhat skeptical. “Nerve + Focus Pro” combines several genuinely interesting cognitive-support ingredients, but more ingredients do not automatically equal a better formula—sometimes it just means the supplement aisle has emptied its pockets into one bottle.The company name on my bottle is TTTea, with a Brentwood, New York address. I could not locate a substantial official company website, meaningful business history, named testing laboratory, or publicly available batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. The label displays “GMP certified” and “third-party verification” symbols, but it does not identify the certifying organizations or provide a way to verify those claims. GMP certification concerns manufacturing procedures and does not prove that this particular bottle contains the stated ingredients at the stated strengths. The FDA also does not preapprove supplements for safety or effectiveness before sale. For a formula this complicated, I would want considerably more transparency.As for the formula, vitamin B6 at 1.7 mg is a reasonable amount by itself, but it is the pyridoxine hydrochloride form and still needs to be added to B6 from multivitamins, magnesium blends, energy products and other supplements. B6 is water-soluble, so “accumulation” is not quite the right mechanism; the concern is repeated cumulative exposure over time. Mushroom-allergic individuals should avoid it.Alpha-GPC, 100 mg, supplies choline for acetylcholine production and may support attention or memory, although many studies use several hundred milligrams. It can cause headache, dizziness or gastrointestinal upset. Rhodiola, 50 mg, may help stress-related fatigue, but the dose is small and no rosavin or salidroside standardization is given.
