I love Truvani
I’ve been really enjoying the Truvani Electrolyte Mix in the Tropical Orange Pineapple flavor! I wanted something to make drinking water a little more interesting, and this has been a great addition to my routine. The orange and pineapple combination is light and pleasant, and I appreciate that it doesn’t taste overly sweet to me.The individual packets are probably my favorite feature because they’re so convenient. I can easily keep a few in my purse or bag and mix one into water whenever I’m out or having a busy day. I’ve been using them after workouts and when I’m on the go, and I love not having to measure anything or carry around a large container.I’ve also noticed that having these packets available makes it easier for me to stay consistent with my water intake. They’re quick to prepare and easy to work into my day without any extra effort. I especially like having one after being active or when I’ve been running around and want something more enjoyable than plain water.Overall, I’m really happy with this flavor and the convenience of the Truvani Electrolyte Mix. Not for actual workouts
This set of “electrolyte” drink mixes kind of leaves a lot to be desired. I thought that from this luxe looking packaging (which my wife said looks like a box of prophylactics, it kinda does huh?), it would be a really nice product, but I came across multiple things I didn’t like. One was that for an electrolyte mix, one would expect that there would actually be a significant amount electrolytes in it, but it only has 1/3rd of the sodium that a regular bottle of Gatorade has and won’t really help if you need to replace what you’re losing from sweat in a workout. The second thing I didn’t like is that this mix does not dissolve well – usually I can get a drink mix like Liquid IV to dissolve by just swirling the glass or bottle, but this mix leaves persistent chunks that kind of remind me of trying to dissolve gelatin packets into water, and even after I had drank the whole glass, I was left with a fine layer of white particulate at the bottom of the glass. The tropical flavor is pretty mild and the monkfruit certainly adds a particular taste that you might or might not be a fan of (I found out that I don’t really like it). For this price, I was expecting something really great, but I think this kind of misses the mark.

Nice light flavor, easy to mix
This tropical orange pineapple flavored electrolyte mix is made from high-quality, clean ingredients as you would expect from a Truvani product. I’ve followed Vani for years and I’ve always liked her ideas. I love her other products that I use and I’m pleased to try this one.This mix dissolves well in a shaker bottle of water and can be sipped all day or used more quickly after a hard sweaty workout. It is not overly strong so if diluted properly, it does not cause me any digestive issues. I’ve had problems with other brands having levels of electrolytes in them that are too high. I find these to be much safer. The form of magnesium these electrolytes contain is malate which is known to be much easier on the digestive system.It does not include any unnecessary extras. It only has ingredients that most people want it to have. It is not sweetened with sugar, but with monk fruit extract instead.It should fit into a no sugar ketogenic lifestyle if that is what you are looking for because each serving only has 2 g of net carbs and if spread out over the day that’s very little. I find this to be a great product at only 25 cal per serving.At the time I ordered this it was only $14.99. I find this to be a great price. It is now listed at $19.99 which I find to be a bit expensive.

Hard to mix, and doesn’t really give “tropical,” but still healthy ingredients
I love Truvani and swear by their plant based protein powder, in particular the vanilla one. So I really wanted to try these and I ordered four flavors – tropical, strawberry, strawberry lemonade, and pina colada. Piña colada was my least favorite and strawberry lemonade was my favorite. The tropical flavor falls somewhere in between the two. It’s decent, but instead of the orange, it would’ve been nice if they had used a fruit like mango or passionfruit or guava. It didn’t need citrus in my opinion, the orange really downgrades the flavor. It’s also not giving tropical to me… but it is overall pleasant.Some other feedback I have is that it’s very hard to stir… even with an electric frother/whisk, the particles kept settling and I had to shake the glass really hard multiple times. Still, there is a lot of dust on the bottom and I have to manually shake the cup before I sip. No matter how hard I stir it, it doesn’t want to fully dissolve. I’m using cold spring water so I’m not sure what’s up.Overall, I recommend this brand and the ingredients in these sticks. But I think they could improve it so that there is less sediment. it’s also a little bit pricey. While I absolutely love this brand and will continue to buy their protein powder, I wouldn’t buy these electrolyte sticks with my own money. That said I’m happy to finish them and I appreciated the chance to try them. Go check out Truvani’s protein powders though. The vanilla is the bomb!

Decent electrolyte mix with a decent flavor
I really like that unlike some electrolyte mixes this one has some sodium but isn’t dominated by it. A hefty dose of magnesium meets a token mix of calcium and potassium with a balanced bit of sodium to round it out. Flavor is decent, it’s a vaguely tropical mango/guava twist on a base that mostly tastes like mixed citrus, with that distinctly “oily” sort of finish from the monk fruit extract. It’s not my favorite, but it blends in better than most traditional artificial sweeteners and I’d take it over stevia any day. Distinctly but not overpoweringly salty.The mixing experience and texture are not very good. The powder seems to clump and is hydrophilic so even a solid minute of stirring with a spoon in cold water failed to homogenous blend it in. Even 10 minutes of waiting failed to get the last bits to dissolve, so I’d highly recommend reserving this for shaking in a water bottle and letting sit for a good long while before consumption.

Great for Citrus Lovers, Mixes Smoothly
The Tropical Orange Pineapple flavor was a bit of a mixed bag in our house, making it a great pick depending on your personal taste preferences.- Flavor: This is a very strong citrus and pineapple profile with a noticeable acidic bite. It wasn’t for me, as I’m not a big orange or pineapple juice fan, but my husband absolutely loved it. If you enjoy bold, bright citrus flavors, this one hits the mark.- Mixability: Compared to other flavors, this powder didn’t seem overly clumpy coming out of the packet. It blended easily using an electric frother and dissolved much smoother without the hassle.- Value: Like the rest of the lineup, it sits at a slightly higher price point compared to similar products, but the clean ingredient list remains a big selling point.If you love a vibrant, punchy fruit profile and want an option from this line that mixes well, this is definitely one to consider.

Nice fruity taste, excellent ingredients
The ingredients in this electrolyte mix are fantastic! Love that it’s made with organic ingredients and uses monk fruit as the sweetener, with no artificial ingredients or fillers. I mixed mine in cold water in a shaker cup and it mixed very well, with just a tiny bit of sediment settling at the bottom. The fruity flavor is mild, lightly sweet, with a hint of saltiness that’s not overpowering. It is very refreshing and seemed to really help on a very hot day of working outside. The only issue I have is that it is pretty pricey for only 12 packs. However, it is often worth it to find organic, clean ingredients in convenient on-the-go packs.

Another clean, plant-based products from Truvani!
I have been using Truvani products for several years, having purchased them from their website and from Amazon. I excited to see a new product: TRUVANI brand Electrollyte Mix. The 12, 0.29oz packs of tropical flavored mix arrived quickly. Like all of their products, they give transparent information on the packaging and on the listing as to what goes into the mix. The certified organic tropical flavored mix includes organic orange and pineapple extracts which is a standout among flavored powders. They are gluten, Stevia, and sugar free, and exclude synthetic citric acid. They are 25cal per pack, and have 4g of fiber which is amazing to find. I mixed a packet with about 12oz of filtered water. It mixed nicely and all the remaining powder dissolved in a few minutes. It tasted lightly flavored, without an aftertaste. My husband has tried several other brands and commented that this one does not have that sharp sweet quality to it that you tend to get with electrolyte drinks. Overall, we both liked it and are interested in trying other flavors.The Truvani brand offers many clean, plant-based products that offer many dietary options, like protein shakes and creatine. I highly recommend trying these and other Truvani products (their protein shakes are my favorites, and their creatine is the only one that doesn’t make me feel bloated).
