First let me start by saying I love this brand. Truvani makes quality products with minimal ingredients- something that is hard to find these days. As someone who drinks electrolyte packets daily and has tried numerous brands, I was super excited to see Truvani is now making these!I mixed the Lemon Lime flavor with ~12-16 oz of water. I put the powder in first, then the water. I unfortunately found it was clumpy and harder to mix than my usual (not very clean) electrolyte powder. While this is not ideal, it’s also not a deal breaker and likely is due to the fact that there are less filler-type additives and more natural, less soluble substances like monk fruit.THE FLAVOR WAS EXCELLENT! I was genuinely surprised at the flavor. It was subtle, not super sweet and not super salty. Honestly one of the best (if not the best) flavors I’ve ever had for an electrolyte powder. It just wasn’t offensive at all, like some of them can be.On the whole, I would highly recommend these based on the clean and minimal ingredients and the flavor alone. I can get past the solubility issue, especially knowing I’m not putting a bunch of garbage in my body every day.

Excellent product as I expected
This lemon lime flavored electrolyte mix is made from high-quality, clean ingredients as you would expect from a Truvani product. I’ve followed Vani for years and I’ve always liked her ideas. I love her other products that I use and I’m pleased to try this one.This mix dissolves well in a shaker bottle of water and can be sipped all day or used more quickly after a hard sweaty workout. It is not overly strong so if diluted properly, it does not cause me any digestive issues. I’ve had problems with other brands having levels of electrolytes in them that are too high. I find these to be much safer. The form of magnesium these electrolytes contain is malate which is known to be much easier on the digestive system.It does not include any unnecessary extras. It only has ingredients that most people want it to have. It is not sweetened with sugar, but with monk fruit extract instead.It should fit into a no sugar ketogenic lifestyle if that is what you are looking for because each serving only has 2 g of net carbs and if spread out over the day that’s very little. I find this to be a great product at only 25 cal per serving.At the time I ordered this it was only $14.99. I find this to be a great price. It is now listed at $19.99 which I find to be a bit expensive.

Excellent Mineral Profile Without the Salt Bomb
I gave up on most grocery-store electrolyte brands a long time ago and typically use LMNT and Re-Lyte, so I did quite a bit of research before ordering Truvani. Sharing the comparison chart from my ChatGPT research.What caught my attention is that Truvani takes a somewhat different approach. Instead of loading the formula with sodium, one packet provides a substantial amount of potassium, magnesium and calcium while keeping sodium relatively modest. For something I want to add to water during a normal day, I really like that balance.I like Truvani formula for hydration during the day and would be less likely to use this for post workout hydration or after a couple hours of heavy yardwork in the summer.I also appreciate the ingredient choices: zero sugar, no stevia, no synthetic citric acid, organic lemon and lime ingredients, and monk fruit for sweetness.The Lemon Lime flavor is subtle and refreshing rather than overpowering.If I had one wish it would be for the powder to dissolve without clumping. This is common with the electrolytes I use but it’s still annoying to have to break up the clumps.This is a real winner. I will definitely be trying more of the Truvani flavors.

Doesn’t mix well, doesn’t taste great, but seems to get the job done
I have been taking hydration very seriously as our temps have averaged in the high 90s this summer. I decided to give this Truvani Electrolyte Mix (Lemon Lime flavor) a try during a few hot days during Labor Day weekend.I have used a lot of powdered drink mixes, including Great Value, Crystal Lite, and various novelty kinds for my kids (Skittles, Kool Aid). I am also a daily consumer of off-brand psyllium husk powder each morning, so I am no stranger to choking down important drinks w/ weird consistencies.The packets open easily (tearing, no scissors necessary), but that might be where the user-friendliness stops. Unfortunately, this Truvani mix does not dissolve well. I have tried shaking and stirring, and neither make much of a difference. Shaking seems to work a bit more, but it still takes about 30ish minutes to dissolve. It ends up in pretty nasty looking clumps / chunks (see pics / video).The taste, like many electrolyte mixes, is more salty than sweet or sour. I have had to dilute it with a LOT of water and add my own flavoring in order to stomach it. Therefore, it can be difficult to evaluate how well it hydrates me, because I end up having to drink 40oz of water with this mix!I appreciate that there is no sugar (or artificial sweeteners), only 25 calories, and a decent bit of fiber.I worked outside two days this weekend, spending multiple hours in 100+ degree heat, and I felt like I recovered fairly well after drinking this mix each day.Therefore, I think it’s probably a good product, but it might be better used if you can give it 30 min to dissolve, sip from it occasionally, etc.4/5, with 1 star docked for the issues w/ dissolving. I think the taste is subjective, so no score decrease for that.

I mainly use it before I workout, and it gives me a nice boost of energy to get through my session.The lemon lime flavor tastes really good, actually better than I expected going in. It’s also really easy to mix, no weird clumps or gritty texture left behind.I like the packaging too, the individual stick packs are nice and easy to open without any mess. I like that it helps keep me hydrated, especially during more intense workouts.It doesn’t leave any bad aftertaste either, which is always a plus with electrolyte mixes. This has quickly become one of my go-to pre-workout drinks, definitely a solid pick if you want something natural to help fuel your workouts.
