This product has significantly helped with my digestion. For the first time in years, I now have daily bowel movements. I take the pill first thing in the morning with water and on an empty stomach, which doesn’t seem to bother me personally. Throughout the day I also feel an energy boost and when I get home in the evening, I have a smooth, natural movement with no cramping or other side effects you get with laxative type products. I do drink lots of water throughout the day, which also helps. I do find that overall I am calm and definitely have less anxiety, but so far sleep is still elusive and so I’m still on the hunt for a product that will help with that since now it’s not a magnesium deficiency problem. Overall, I highly recommend this product. The customer service is outstanding.

Tried and true organic magnesium
I’ve been taking these for over a year and have re-ordered them time and time again even after trying other brands. I have insomnia and sleep apnea and two tablets. Get me to sleep. Decent pretty much every other night if not every night. I try to look for organic vitamins and I feel these are the best.
