YES! Zero taste!

I’m on my 3rd serving of this product (I mix it in my morning smoothie) and there’s no taste. Very slight smell, but nothing bad. Does NOT smell “fishy”. As a vegetarian who occasionally eats seafood, I was so happy to find a collagen product that does not use cow, pig, chicken, etc. It’s too soon to notice the benefits (I’m also guessing as a 44 yr old woman and vegetarian, my collagen levels are low and might take a bit to see results) but I’ll be patient. One thing that does concern me is the bag is only 15 servings, which means I’d pay almost $90 a month to use this product. You can order direct from Truvani’s website and save a little but it still seems like a hefty investment. If you’re on the fence on whether or not to buy this product, I’d say BUY IT! Amazon has the easiest return policy and you have nothing to lose.

Noticeable difference in my knees.

It may be too early to provide a fully accurate review of this product since I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks. I’ve noticed a difference in the way my knees feel, and this is the only thing I’ve done different. So, it has to be the collagen. I’ve not used it long enough to know whether or not it helps my skin, nails or hair.The reason for 4 stars is the packaging. While it is very pretty, it doesn’t work well with this type of product. A canister would work MUCH better! The powder is very fine, and it poofs up when you try to reseal the bag. The powder got in the zip top seal and it will NOT reseal. It wouldn’t after the first use. I don’t know if you’re supposed to breathe this stuff, and it’s almost impossible to avoid when trying to seal the bag shut if one attempts to get any air out of the bag (which I do not recommend doing). So, I hold my breath and VERY GENTLY close the bag, fold the top over, and put a bag clip on the bag to seal it.I’m impressed that this doesn’t have a taste, so it doesn’t change the flavor of my coffee. With a little stirring it dissolves completely. I also 100% trust the quality of any product made by Truvani!

Follow up to below: The original review was regarding cost, so just about to finish the bag. I am an avid baker, so I weigh all ingredients, calibrate my scale regularly, and I have weighed the 12g serving recommended on label for serving size. It states you’ll get 15 servings, today will be day 12, and it is my last serving! This product continues to challenge me in the “worth” department. I know from taking natural supplements, it can take some time…some times months before you really see any benefit, if you will at all. And, if this was not so cost prohibitive, actually gave you the servings it claims, I might continue for a few months to give it the benefit of the doubt, But since I have not felt/seen a difference, and the cost is so exorbitant, I won’t be continuing with this product. I have continued to research collagen supplements, both marine, bovine, vegan….I am going back to Vital, and have purchased in their Professional Bio-active line. I’m not paying for shipping when Truvani deals with Amazon, and I already pay for Prime. That said, I still compare who would have the better price, I have ordered from both. Decided to try a different collagen, than vital proteins. Wanted to try a fish, or vegan based product. In fairness to Vital, this is not a dig on their collagen. Just like car insurance, it’s good to revisit products, science and new discoveries made all the time. What is really the best?I’m heading into a 30 day health reset, which I haven’t done in a while, as a true focused thing.Wanted daily collagen to be a part of it. I am a big fan of Trivani protein powders.After looking at their bovine vs. marine, I decided to go with the Marine collagen.I did not notice how much less of the marine collagen (6.35oz)you actually get, at $45.00 vs. her grass fed collagen (19.75oz) $55.00!Servings being 15 vs. 28!So I hope this is some kinda miracle cure for my needs.I am not saying this may be a higher cost product to manufacture, or whatever, but that seems excessive. It’s hard to justify $90.00 a month on one supplement.Yes you can subscribe and save a little, still very $$$!Truvani does offer love it in 30 days or money back.I was hoping this was a 30 day supply.I’m not returning it, But the bar is set real high to justify keeping this in my routine after this 30 day reset, and I hope to leave a review on how amazing, and worth it is. But buyer beware, notice the small amount you are receiving of this product. Save yourself the shock I had when I opened the box…ugh

So…..smells like fish when you open the packet, there is a fine cloud of powder released from the pouch upon opening every time, so open very slowly. Sort of smells fishy when bringing cup up to mouth to drink. Doesn’t taste like fish when drinking, however upon exhaling through your nose you will probably get a hint of fish smell. Also others may notice fish breath right after consuming, if just consuming with water.Powder seems to be sticky on fingers and also the top when closing. Dissolved better in warm/hot water vs cold water.I feel it’s a slight struggle to scoop without tipping the pouch, just to get hands all the way in the pouch, to fully fill the scooper. I have small hands.I’ve only had 2 servings, so I cannot speak to results at this time.
