    Buyer Beware

    Won’t purchase because it has maltodextrin as its second ingredient. Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate, but it is quickly broken down and absorbed by the body as glucose. Which will spike your glucose levels. Beware!

    Drink every day.

    I drink True Lemon Defend every day since discovering it. I rotate through the 3 flavors and like them all (with a slight preference to Citrus). It really makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself and we’ll see if the extra Vitamin C and antioxidants help me get through the fall without getting sick.

    Great flavor, handy for travel

    The packet sizes are a little different than most drink pouches, so pay attention to the amount of water you mix this with. If it’s too concentrated, the flavor can be overwhelming. Packaging is convenient to keep in a purse or backpack, and it mixes up easily. I already ordered more!
