    Nice tasting, with good ingredients

The Trisundi Himalayan Shilajit Gold Gummies are easy to take and don’t feel like a chore, which already puts them ahead of many herbal supplements. The texture is soft without being sticky, and the flavor is pleasant enough that it doesn’t leave that lingering, artificial aftertaste some gummies have. What stood out to me is the ingredient blend itself. Shilajit paired with ginseng, KSM-66 ashwagandha, black musli, and gokshura feels thoughtfully put together rather than randomly mixed. The quality comes through in how balanced everything feels. Nothing feels overpowering, and it doesn’t come across as sugar-forward or gimmicky. Being vegan is also appreciated, especially for a product that leans into traditional herbal ingredients. These fit easily into a daily routine without causing discomfort or heaviness. There’s no chalky feel, no odd coating, and no aftertaste that makes you regret taking them later. That consistency matters with supplements meant for daily use. From a value standpoint, getting a full month’s supply in gummy form makes sense. It combines multiple well-known herbal ingredients into one product, which saves the trouble of juggling several different supplements. For something you’re meant to take regularly, the convenience and ingredient quality make it feel like a reasonable and practical choice rather than an unnecessary add-on.

Nice blend of an herbal supplement in a tasty gummy

I tried these Himalayan Shilajit Gold Gummies and they brought a refreshing twist to my daily supplement routine. These gummies are packed with a blend of herbal ingredients like Ginseng, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, Black Musli, and Gokshura, which made me curious about their benefits.First off, I really appreciate that they are vegan and individually wrapped, which is quite convenient for on-the-go consumption. The taste is surprisingly pleasant; they have a mild sweetness that makes taking supplements feel less like a chore. Unlike some other herbal supplements I’ve tried, these gummies don’t have that overpowering earthy taste. After about a week of taking them daily, I noticed a subtle boost in my energy levels, and I felt more focused throughout the day. It’s a nice change since I often feel sluggish. The inclusion of KSM-66 Ashwagandha also intrigued me, given its reputation for stress management. While I can’t pinpoint measurable changes in my stress levels, I did notice a greater sense of calm during my busy workdays.Overall, I’d recommend these gummies to anyone looking for a convenient and tasty way to incorporate herbal supplements into their wellness routine. They seem to offer a nice blend of energy and calm, and I appreciate the quality ingredients in each gummy.

Good Idea in Gummy Form (Just Manage Expectations)

I wanted to try shilajit in an easier, more consistent format, and gummies are about as simple as it gets. This bottle is a 30-day supply (60 gummies), so it’s straightforward to work into a daily routine.Flavor-wise, these are better than a lot of “herbal” gummies I’ve had. They’re a mixed berry taste and they don’t have that super bitter, medicine-candy vibe—there’s still a supplement taste in the background, but it’s not a struggle to get them down.Texture is solid too: they’re chewy without being rock-hard or sticky, and they don’t crumble all over your fingers. The bottle arrived sealed and the packaging feels clean and legit.Ingredient-wise, this is more than just shilajit—there’s a blend that includes things like ginseng and KSM-66 ashwagandha (plus other herbs listed on the label). If you like “stacked” supplements, you’ll probably appreciate that it’s an all-in-one gummy rather than buying multiple separate bottles. As far as results, supplements are always a “your mileage may vary” thing and it can take time to notice anything—so I’m focusing this review on the taste, ease of use, and overall quality. If you’re looking for a convenient shilajit gummy with a decent flavor and a robust ingredient list, this one is easy to take daily (and as always, check with your clinician if you’re taking other supplements/meds or you’re sensitive to adaptogens).

    Some mystery to them

The gummies are soft, easy to chew, and the mixed berry flavor is pleasant without a strong artificial or medicinal note. The vegan, gelatin-free formula is a plus. From a convenience standpoint, they work well. The main limitation is transparency around sourcing and purity, particularly for shilajit, which makes overall quality harder to assess and results difficult to judge. Granted most supplements are a gamble anyway. Value feels reasonable. Taste: 4 stars. Info provided: 2 stars.

Comprehensive herbal blend in a convenient gummy format

I have got this item via Vine program. I decided to test these shilajit gummies because I was looking for a more accessible way to incorporate adaptogens like ashwagandha and ginseng into my daily routine without dealing with messy powders. The packaging is professional and arrived perfectly sealed, which gave me immediate confidence in the overall quality of the brand. While the texture is pleasant and not overly sticky, I found that the flavor profile is quite unique and might not be appreciated by everyone due to a distinct herbal aftertaste. This product is definitely for individuals who prioritize a stacked ingredient list and want the convenience of an all in one supplement. I particularly liked the inclusion of KSM 66 in the formula, even though the specific berry masking does not completely hide the potent earthy notes of the active ingredients. When I consider the current balance between quality and price, I would certainly buy it again because it simplifies my supplement stack significantly.

    Slight earthy taste to them.

I’ve been trying these for a little while and honestly they’re pretty easy to take compared to capsules. The gummies have a slightly herbal taste, but it’s not bad at all. I like that they include ingredients like ashwagandha and ginseng along with shilajit.I noticed a subtle boost in energy and focus after taking them consistently, without feeling jittery. The texture is good and they’re convenient if you’re not into pills.Packaging on this product is really nice as well. Not only do they come in a clearly labeled container backed by a real brand, but the gummies inside are all individually wrapped as well. Makes them perfect for packing them in a bag for a weekend getaway or purse if I’m away from the house all day.I’m glad I got the chance to try these Trisundi Himalayan Shilajit Gold Gummies. It’s too early to say anything dramatic, but so far I’m enjoying them and am considering repurchasing them.

Tastes like dirt, don’t feel a huge benefit but I guess it could be worse.Tastes like dirt, don’t feel a huge benefit but I guess it could be worse.

I’ve been trying a lot of different health-minded supplements and been open minded about a lot of things that I wouldn’t normally be – and maybe a year or two ago I think I would have called myself crazy if I said I’d try something like shilajit, but I gave it a go with these gummies from Trisundi. I’m not sure if these taste “bad” to me because of the shilajit and that’s just the way it is, or if this product is supposed to taste like bitter dirt, but it tastes like … bitter dirt inside of some jelly. The product presentation however is very good here with a sturdy and clearly designed brand and label behind it. Unlike any of the other 2 dozen or so supplement gummies I have tried, this one individually wraps there so they have more respect for their products and their customers so for that I am giving it 4 stars and less so for how much I liked the product. If this sort of thing works well for you than more power to you but I can’t really justify the taste. At $28 for 60 gummies its not that bad of a deal especially considering the above average packaging quality. If you love stuff like shilajit, soursop or rock glue, maybe this is a great way to get the shilajit fix you’ve been waiting for!

Best Tasting Shilajit GummiesBest Tasting Shilajit Gummies

I have been taking shilajit gummies for about a year and a half, in an attempt to lower my cholesterol levels. My last blood screening indicated that my overall cholesterol levels are still high, but they’re lower than they’ve been in years, so I’m going to continue taking these as long as my cholesterol levels improve.I’ve tried 11 other brands of shilajit gummies, and these are the best tasting I’ve had – fruity, without any of the earthy/smokey qualities I’ve experienced with other brands. Each gummy is individually wrapped, which is a bit of a pain, but understandable given they’d all get stuck together otherwise. Each of these gummies contains a substantial amount of shilajit resin (1500mg), which is substantial compared to some of the other brands.
