So far no complaints from this Omega supplement. I don’t have any fish oil taste or anything like that. I also don’t really notice any health changes to be honest. But I don’t have any side effects either. Finally, the capsules are quite large

Good Fish Oil, Two Capsule Dose
I’m happy with this fish oil blend supplement. The gel caps are large but go down easy. Most fish oil pills I’ve taken in the past only required 1 pill per day but this one is a 2 pill dose – so if you want to keep your number of pills down this may not be the best choice. I guess the blend of the flaxseed, primrose, and E might be part of the reason this takes 2 pills per dose. There is a light odor that isn’t offensive and I’ve had no aftertaste, effects, burps, etc. Overall a good supplement.

I liked that it’s easy to swallow and doesn’t taste bad! You get over 2months worth in a bottle. It definitely helps my daily supplements intake. As a nursing mom.

These are Garlic Pills..total misrepresentation of a product,,DO NOT BUY,,I burped these for HOURS I opened one and all GARLIC smell,,this company should be banned from amazon

I fully understand the benefits of Omega 3, 6 and 9. It has been recommend to me by both a dietician and my cardiologist. However, I have never been impressed enough by the benefits to put up with the nasty after taste and fish burps that come along with every fish oil supplement that I have tried. My wife will put up with it. So I actually got these for her daily supplement regimen. When she told me that this brand had no fish taste either while taking it, or after taking it (fish burps) I decided to give it a try.And, she was right. This is the 1st fish oil supplement I have ever tried that I can take without some form of disgusting aftertaste. That right there to be is pretty much worth a five-star review. But this product is good for a couple of the reasons.It is made in America which is always cool I can support a business in the USA.It has no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.And, has no sugar, wax, starch or yeast.Sometimes for me what is not in a supplement is just as important as what is in it, and I like the fact that the supplement is not full of artificial ingredients or fillers. And the flax seed and primrose oil are just an added bonus.Our overall opinion of the VitaVita brand Extra Strength Omega 3-6-9 supplement is positive and we will continue to use it in our quest for better health. (With no fishy burps Yay!)

I usually take fish oil, flax oil and vitamin E daily, so having all three in a single gel-cap? Really convenient. The downside is that the dose of fish oil is less than typical. Fish oil is usually 1000mg or even 1200mg. It’s 750 here. BUT – there’s also 1100mg of flaxseed oil. The benefits of both are really impressive, and my doctor actually prescribed 2000mg of fish oil a day th help with my triglycerides. She also recommended flaxseed oil to help with my bad cholesterol. So I take one of these a day, plus an additional fish oil gel-cap and my other vitamins.This capsule is easy to swallow – I just take with a gulp of water and don’t even notice it. They smell like garlic, so I’ll assume that’s the Primrose? Individually there’s no taste or scent. It’s only when I gave the open bottle a whiff that I noticed it.I’ve been taking these for a few days and have NOT experienced any “fish burps.” But there are Garlic burps.
