Fantastic product
I have been taking this for a few months. I started to notice results after about a week and a half. My energy levels have increased dramatically. Prior to starting this I suffered from major depression. I also have a autoimmune disorder (MG) which causes muscle weakness. I am no longer depressed and I now have enough strength and energy to work out everyday. I also noticed that my PMS symptoms have all but disappeared. I can honestly say that I feel better right now than I ever have in my entire life. Received the same product as another that sells for half the price
Having tried another version of Biotivia Resveratrol that sells for nearly half the price Biotivia Resveratrol Bioforte 500 Dietary Supplement, Capsules, 60-Count Bottle, I decided to spend the extra money to get the increased potency of this product. The product I received was IDENTICAL to the less expensive version. The bottles are exactly the same. So, either there was a mistake in the order, or the products are the same and selling at two different prices. If you buy this product, I would recommend the less expensive bottle so the same doesn’t happen to you.

More benefits than I expected
I’ve been taking Resveratrol for about 4 months, but only upgraded to this brand about 2 months ago. I only drink alcohol occasionally so I decided to take Resveratrol for the potential heart protective effects. I had read other reviews describing the increased energy and a few even mentioned weight loss, but I was skeptical about those claims and didn’t expect those kinds of results. The first two months I took a different brand, but I was surprised to find that I did have more energy. It doesn’t make me feel jittery or “wired”, but I am definitely more energetic.Since changing to this Bioforte brand a couple of months ago, I not only have more energy, but I have lost over 10 pounds. It may not sound significant, but since I haven’t changed my diet or anything about what and how I eat, I think it’s remarkable. And there are no bad side effects that I have noticed. One thing I did notice, though, is that my digestion sped up. Nothing scary or unpleasant, just makes you very “regular”.I highly recommend this brand and strength if you are taking Resveratrol or want to begin taking it.

Trans-Resveratrol Experience
I did notice a slight increase in energy after taking this product for week. Although I cannot attribute this increase in energy with this product due to the fact that I started a diet the very same week. My diet consisted of whole foods, water and sport drinks, along with low fat meats. I did occasionally have an Arizona Tea every so many days, cause Arizona Tea is amazing. However after a month of ingesting this product my friends noticed that my face looked “younger” and brighter and felt softer. I really did not notice, but they did. Which I suppose is cool. However, researching resveratrol did show that it has a extremely low toxicity in mice, and is even lower in humans. It also supposedly showed a lot of benefits in mice: reducing the amount of free radicals in cells(known to cause aging), it is anti carcinogenic/antiestrogenic, and it does seem to help stop angiogenesis(growth of new blood vessels) of cancerous cells while not affecting normal angiogenisis. However, Human studies show very little benefits from the ingestion of resveratrol due to its low bio-availability(resveratrol is quickly metabolized before it can go to the cells that “use” it)I suppose this product may be worth it, but like I stated above, resveratol has a low boi-availability in humans. Once my month supply was out, I discontinued taking this product and I did not see a significant decrease in energy or a decrease on the condition of my skin.I’m thinking about taking this product again, now that I have a stable diet and a regular exercise routine. I suppose after I do, I will put up another one of these awesome written reviews when I get bored again.-till then broners.

My fountain of youth.
Heard about Reservatrol on Dr. Oz a couple years ago and decided to try it, and I have been using it for over a year. I prefer this brand because it does not have “fillers” of any kind. Since I have been taking Reseveratrol my blood pressure has maintained a healthy level, my cholesterol is good, and it seems to work on my metabolism as I have not fluctuated in weight with my usual ups and downs. I am 75 years old and my friends and neighbors are amazed at my energy level. Love this product.

this is the best trans-resveratrol I have tried. It does’nt leave you with that dopey feeling like you drank 15 glasses of wine or with that hangover headache as I have gotten from other similiar products that arent as pure or have added ingrediants that boost it to the 900mg-1000mg area to think your getting more when you only need what is in this bottle. This is the only one that I have taken that I can tell change in my energy and stamina when I run out and re-order. This is also one of the best where you dont have to get on a monthly 65-100 dollar auto-ship plan where you better read the small writing and dam near have to threaten the other places with attorneys to stop shipment. This item is worth every penny-and i am a skeptical person.
I love this product and am very happy that i found it. I shared a few here and there with some of my friends and every single last one of them approached me later and sheepishly asked if i would share the information on how to order that product for themselves. I was happy to oblige. However, all (including myself), report a feeling of energy or lack of fatigue to say it better and just up beat and happy. I know that sounds strange; however, I can only report what “I” experience and my friends as well. And as a side note. I tend to have an active lifestyle; however also like to indulge in going out in the evening. I have not had one single headache or hangover since i have been taking this product. Even nights when i went to sleep and expected to be “hurting” the next day. I did not and i couldnt figure it out until i dawned on me that the timeline for that experience happened since taking this product. I highly recommend it to anyone.
