Getting old is starting to really get old. I have noticed that my energy levels aren’t what they used to be and I’m an active person, running 15-20 miles a week and weight training three days a week. I have some joint pain that’s not bad enough to medicate with something prescription, or have an operation, and OTC pain killers really aren’t helping much. I thought this type of product might help with those issues, so when I saw this blend, I gave it a try.The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a sour taste like other capsules do. I did not experience any stomach upset or any other noticeable side effects. The ingredient list is short, so it’s easy to know if the ingredients are working. The potency level of the Resveratrol and Quercetin are on the high side, so I have a strong expectation that if I am going to see any benefits, this product will have been strong enough to be a contributing factor. I’ve been taking the blend for a bit over three weeks, and that’s really not long enough to show any material effect. I can say that I believe I am having an easier time with my runs as I’m not as wrung out after my sessions and I am recovering 12-24 hours faster than before I started taking the blend. I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if these are doing anything for me.
I’ve been taking these since I got them, and finished the bottle.I’ve observed no noticeable effect (other than possibly some sightly darker urine), but I’m also not taking blood samples and running vitamin panels to check my nutrient levels.They aren’t objectionable to take in any way. The size isn’t difficult to handle, and the capsules slide down as they should. Other than that, I don’t know that I can offer any better feedback. Probably great to enhance your nutrients for your long-term health, but I wouldn’t expect a miraculous turn-around in feeling of wellbeing.

TL;DR: Antioxidant, decent supplementTrans Resveratrol is the antioxidant constantly spoke about found in wine / grapes. It has been associated with multiple benefits from cholesterol support, brain and skin health, and more.It also contains Quercetin, an antioxidant found in fruits. This antioxidant has been associated with skin, cardiovascular support and surprisingly allergy support (antihistamine).Value seems decent enough, at least it is more than a 30 day supplier (50 days).Overall if you are in the market for antioxidants, this may be a good supplement.

I’ve been using this for a bit now and overall it’s been fine. The capsules are easy enough to take, but wasn’t a huge fan of the 2 capsule serving size. Not a dealbreaker, just prefer one-a-days. I haven’t really tried a similar supplement before, so I don’t have much to compare it to and I didn’t notice any obvious changes right away. I’m honestly not even sure if this is the kind of thing you’re supposed to feel immediately.That said, nothing was bad/put me off either. No negative side effects, no weird aftertaste, and it seems well made. It feels like one of those supplements that probably works more in the background than in a noticeable way. My energy levels are pretty low and this didn’t have me ready to run a marathon, but maybe it takes longer to work? Only covers 45 days so not sure if the window is wider than that. Okay product, just not something I can rave about yet.
