- INCREASES MUSCLE STRENGTH & POWER: Creatine boosts phosphocreatine levels, enhancing ATP production for high-intensity exercises. This results in greater strength, power, and performance in activities like weightlifting or sprinting, making it ideal for athletes aiming to optimize training outcomes.
- SUPPORTS MUSCLE GROWTH: Creatine promotes muscle hypertrophy by increasing water content in muscle cells and stimulating protein synthesis. Combined with resistance training, it can lead to significant muscle mass gains, benefiting athletes and those seeking improved physique.
- ENHANCES EXERCISE RECOVERY: By reducing muscle damage and inflammation, creatine speeds up recovery after intense workouts. This allows for more frequent and effective training sessions, minimizing fatigue and supporting long-term athletic progress.
- IMPROVES COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE: Creatine supports brain energy metabolism, potentially enhancing memory, focus, and mental clarity. It’s particularly effective under stress or sleep deprivation, offering cognitive benefits for students, professionals, or older adults.
- SAFE & WELL-TOLERATED: Extensively studied, creatine monohydrate is safe for most people of all ages at 3-5g daily, with minimal side effects like mild water retention. Its long-term safety profile makes it a reliable choice for consistent use in healthy individuals.

Too Much Gummy / Not Enough Creatine
I take creatine daily. It is a great supplement to take for my strength, energy level, brain health, and muscle health and growth. I’ve also read recently that it helps a lot when people are sleep-deprived. It is pretty well-accepted that 5 grams (5,000 mg) everyday is the right amount. But I’ve read that 12 grams per day has a brain benefit which is what I prefer to take. Please do your own research.-These taste fine, are good quality, convenient-Fresh and easy to chew and swallow-Not sticky-The texture can be tweaked subtly but is good-Gummies are in a shape. I read cubes are better nutritionally-Nice not to have to swallow a capsule-No adverse tastes, smells, or side effects-Calorie count is high for me, 50 calories per serving. More so, if I want to take 12 g. Deducted 2-stars-I like that these have sodium in them-Glucose syrup, pectin, allulose, steviol glycosides (responsible for the sweetness in Stevia). I prefer not to have glucose syrup but like the rest-Made in the USA-3rd party testing-Able to easily find company website with good company philosophies-Contact information available compared to the many companies that don’t or partially provide contact information-At the time of this writing, the manufacturer has not mentioned on this site whether a GMP certified facility was used. Recommend adding this information prominently to this site. Deducted 1-starAt the time of this writing, the price per value received is reasonable.I’m not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements.

creatine supplement that tastes great
These are an effective, quality, good-value way of getting in your daily creatine supplements. These gummies have a very nice lemon flavor. The gummies do contain sugar and you actually kind of have to be careful because 1 serving (5 gummies) has 13 grams of sugar. I don’t eat any other added sugar in my diet, and it does make taking creatine bearable and more of a treat, so this is my one splurge per day of added sugar content. The texture is bouncy and not sticky. I look forward to taking these every morning. I haven’t experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking these gummies. I definitely recommend this supplement but would be mindful of the sugar depending on what your goals are.

Tastes so good, I have to remind myself it’s a supplement
I absolutely love these creatine gummies. The taste and the chewy form make me feel like a kid enjoying a treat rather than someone taking a fitness supplement. In fact, they taste so good that the hardest part is making sure I stick to the recommended dosage and don’t eat them like regular candy!Like most supplements, you don’t always feel a massive change overnight, but so far, so good. I haven’t experienced any of the typical “bloating” or digestive side effects that I used to get from drinking gritty creatine powders. These are much more convenient for my lifestyle, especially since they are gluten-free and vegan.Knowing that each serving gives me a full 5g of creatine to help with muscle strength and recovery is great. It’s a much more enjoyable way to support my ATP production and cognitive focus throughout the day. If you’ve struggled with the taste or texture of traditional creatine monohydrate, these 120 gummies are a total game-changer for your routine.

Convenient Alternative with Clean Presentation
These creatine gummies provide a convenient alternative to powders or capsules. The texture is easy to chew, and the serving size is clearly labeled, making them simple to incorporate into a routine. The ingredients are straightforward, and the packaging is clean and easy to store. The taste is pleasant and not overly strong, making them easier to take consistently compared to traditional forms. As with most supplements, effectiveness may vary depending on individual use. They appear to support general energy levels during regular use, and the gummies maintain their shape and consistency well. A practical option for those looking for ease of use, offering reasonable value for the quantity provided.

Delicious!
The Train Naked Labs Creatine Gummies are some of the best tasting creatine gummies I have ever used. They are soft and chewy, taste amazing with ZERO bitter flavor. I find them to be extremely easy to digest and have high quality ingredients that I trust.I also find them to be highly effective, same as my creatine powder that I take after the gym. Alongside this, the gummies have never caused my stomach any issues at all. I believe for how much you get, they are an excellent value.Serving size is 5 per person.

Taste good, easy to chew, a convenient alternative to powdered creatineTaste good, easy to chew, a convenient alternative to powdered creatine
I recently got back into weigh-training after a few years away. I had previously taken creatine when doing heavy lifting and knew how helpful it was in both bulking up and recovery. Given the chance to try out these creatine gummies, I figured they’d be worth a shot. While the company name is a bit out there, the gummies themselves are quite good. I’m usually not a big fan of artificial lemon flavoring, but these gummies were actually quite tasty. While still feeling generally like a gummy, they kind of a had a chalkiness to them which was a bit odd but not displeasing. I’ve been taking them for a week and feel that they are a great alternative to your average powdered creatine. My only criticism is the price as $30 for 24 servings is quite steep compared to other options. I’ve seen other gummies where you get more than 3 times as many servings for only a few dollars more while you can get 4 times as much creatine powder for about the same price as these gummies. As such, I doubt I would pick these up as a replacement for powdered creatine and likely would keep these as a convenient alternative when I’m traveling and don’t want to look like I’m bringing the wrong type of powder through security.Overall, these are a good product for the taste, effectiveness and convenience.

Missed the mark as a standalone productsMissed the mark as a standalone products
These creatine Gummies are OK in the taste factor, they are not the greatest. I feel the lemon flavor is a bit lacking. Also there’s been a lot of un substantiated claims of how much creatine there really is in these gummy’s so it’s hard to tell if you’re actually getting the amount of creatine advertised. I wouldn’t base my creatine intake solely off of these Gummies. I feel like they would be more of an Added supplement to your normal powder creatine.

Excellent flavor but very HIGH sugar content.Excellent flavor but very HIGH sugar content.
Hubby already takes creatine in the powder form. He’s been taking it for years. I am dipping my toe into the arena. I am VERY fussy when it comes to powders and how they taste so I figured I’d try gummies. Let’s not forget that popping some gummies is so much easier than mixing up a powder. I saw this bottle from Train Naked and decided to give them a try. There is a lot # and expiration date…01/2027…stamped on the bottom of the bottle.A very slight hint of lemon when opening the sealed bottle.Bottle contains 120 gummies with a serving size of 5 gummies per serving for a 24 day supply.Gummies chew up nicely…they are a little harder than a candy type of gummy. They are not gritty and the lemon flavor is great. It’s not overly tart and there is no aftertaste at all. They did not stick to my teeth…I have all my natural teeth. It’s literally like eating a piece of candy.I really like that Train Naked has their own website. Sadly many supplement brands do not. Also in the win column is I don’t have to hunt and search to try and find their third party test results. It’s right there for me to see. I refuse to take any supplement that is not third party tested.I experienced no side effects from taking these gummies…EXCEPT with the overabundance of sugar it really messed with the pinched nerve in my back that’s healing. But the gummies themselves and ingredients no issues. No aftertaste, food tasted the same etc. Here’s the issue I have with this supplement….and I wanted to love this supplement so much!! From the name to their support of rescue animals. Hubby and I are HUGE into animal rescue….namely dogs. From adopting to foster to transport to training…so to see a company who supports that is one I really want to support and get behind. Alas that issue…WAY TOO MUCH sugar in these gummies. 13grams which is 26% of your daily allowance per their dosing directions. As I mentioned above I have a pinched nerve in my back that I am working hard on getting to heal. Sugar and injured/ pinched nerves do not get along. I have cut my sugar consumption way way back because of this to help with healing and IF I eat too much sugar it makes my back pain about ten times worse. So while I am in no way diabetic I can see this being way too sugar heavy for anyone who is trying to watch their sugar intake. Even the ingredient list shows me the first ingredients are glucose syrup and sugar. Not good.My other issue would be serving amount….any other gummies I have looked into have had a thirty day supply and this is a 24 day supply so it is a little to the high end price wise. Hey I have zero issues paying more for something but with the high sugar content that just isn’t feasible on this.Hubby will be using this bottle. He also likes the taste and experienced no side effects. IF Train Naked changed the high sugar content I would 100% support this brand. As is I have to take off a star for that alone.
