Iron bisglycinate is a chelated form of iron that is often chosen because it can be easier on the stomach than some of the more traditional forms of iron. Anyone who has ever taken an iron supplement and then spent the rest of the day negotiating with their digestive system will understand why that matters.But there is one number on this bottle that I would absolutely want to see before deciding whether this is the right iron supplement for me…65 mg. That’s a substantial amount of iron in one daily capsule. For comparison, the usual recommended daily intake for adult women is considerably lower, while the general upper limit for adults from all sources is 45 mg per day. Higher doses can be appropriate when treating documented iron deficiency, but that’s where I would want a healthcare professional involved rather than simply assuming that more iron is better.And that’s an important distinction because the word “gentle” could easily make someone think this is a low-dose, everyday wellness supplement. The bisglycinate form may be gentler on the digestive system, but it doesn’t make 65 mg a small dose. Form and dosage are two completely different things.I do like the simplicity here. There are 120 capsules and the listing describes it as a 120-day supply, so it’s one capsule per day and there’s no complicated dosing schedule to remember. Good Combination of Iron and Essential Vitamins
I was looking for a supplement to help boost my iron intake, and I chose this one because I liked that it also includes generous amounts of several other essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin E, folate, B12, zinc and selenium. Another selling point for me was the 120-day supply. For the price, I think it represents a fair value, especially considering everything that’s included in the formula. Low ferritin got me looking for a better iron supplement
I got this because my ferritin levels were really low and I needed to supplement. What impressed me is the ingredient quality and the fact that it actually uses bioactive forms like methylated B12, methylfolate, and P5P instead of cheap synthetic versions. Most companies charge the same price for way less product and use inferior forms, so getting a 120-day supply with high-quality, highly bioavailable iron bisglycinate plus these premium supporting nutrients is rare. Iron bisglycinate absorbs efficiently with fewer side effects than standard iron, which means you’re not wasting money on a form your body can’t use properly. This is probably one of the best iron products on Amazon if you’re trying to raise low ferritin levels and don’t want to deal with the usual stomach issues. I’d never used this company before, but I’m really impressed with their commitment to quality ingredients and a reasonable price point for such a good product.

Easy on the stomach.
I typically have lower iron levels, so I’m interested to see if this daily supplement can raise them. The ingredients all seem legitimate, and it’s a good idea the manufacturer added Vitamin C to improve iron absorption. The capsules are mostly full of powder and are easy to swallow with water. I have been taking the supplements at night before bed with plenty of water and have not experienced any upset stomach like I’ve had with some other iron supplements.The only drawback to these vitamins is that there is no indication on the outer packaging or the bottle where the supplements were actually manufactured – just that they are distributed by a company out of Denver, Colorado. I suspect these were manufactured in China, and I did knock off a star for the lack of transparency for place of manufacture.

Iron is the main event here.The label does give useful detail on the forms and amounts of the vitamins and minerals, which I appreciate. But the part that gives me pause is what I can’t verify from the bottle. I don’t see clear information about ingredient sourcing, manufacturing location, or independent third party testing of the finished product for purity and identity.For a basic low dose wellness supplement, I might not think much about that. So excited to have found an iron supplement that doesn’t cause stomach issues
This iron supplement has more than just iron in it and that’s perfect for me! I was surprised to see so many beneficial ingredients, I’m especially impressed with the selenium! I can stop hunting Brazil nuts 🙈. I have tried many iron supplements in the past and gotten nausea or other symptoms from it so I am happy that with this one so far I have had 0 reactions to anything and that’s extremely important to me! You get 120 capsules so at a daily dose of 1 that’s a 4 months supply! Thats a great bang for your buck. When researching where the supplement is made I find that Rotarian makes their supplements in the USA. I am definitely going to buy this supplement again and highly recommend it if the ingredients are what you’re looking for!

I needed 65mg to get my levels back on track, and this completely works. It’s the first iron supplement I’ve taken that doesn’t feel like I swallowed an actual anvil. Love that it includes Vitamin C so I don’t have to take a separate pill!
