good ingredients, great list of vitamins that are hard to get in diet.
I think these are very underrated vitamins. Vitamin D supports a lot of functions in your body, and MOST people are deficient in them. Vitamin D effects everything from hormone regulation (including testosterone production in men) to digestion, regulate muscle and nerve function, bone health, immune health etc etc etc. Some doctors think Vitamin D is more closely related to hormones than an actual vitamin, and deficiencies are quite common. Vitamin K helps support your heart function, blood function etc. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant helping prevent damage from free radicals. All of these vitamins are fat soluble vitamins as well.

It sounds like a good combination of great vitamins but the safety and lack of testing worries me.
I have to say that at first I thought this was going to be great… and maybe it is, but after I got it and saw how high the dosage is of the fat soluble vitamins are especially the D I started researching it. As far as I can tell there are some good reasons for taking the high dose for a short time if your blood was tested and it showed you are very low. There were warnings about taking the high dose if you don’t need it. I know that dosage amounts can vary among even the professionals that recommend how much to take but if you take too much of most vitamins your body just excretes the excess. Fat soluble, from what I’ve been reading, stays in your body. Although it looks like a great combination of all the ones that help each other to work for your body I just don’t feel comfortable at this time to take them. I’m going to ask my doctor who is usually pretty good about vitamin recommendations. I also couldn’t find out much about this company so that makes me reluctant too, even if my doctor says in general this would be good. Since this brand hasn’t been tested, or at least not in anywhere I’ve looked, I will wait.

This multi-vitamin includes all the additional and necessary supplements vitamin A, D, K plus E for your bone, calcium, heart, joint support and immunity function. The vitamin D3 has 5000 IU which is very good. This combination of supplements made it convenient and easy to take only 1 instead of multiple capsules for your daily nutritional needs. These capsules were easy to swallow, there was no strong smell and was easy on the stomach. Each bottle contained 60 capsules so it was easy and convenient to bring along when traveling or to work. The price for 60 capsules which is a two month supply is a good price and the value is good since having everything in one capsule is very convenient. This capsule also has MCT oil from coconut oil which I like and not alot of other fillers.

I wanted to try this because I like the idea of getting a few key vitamins in one supplement instead of juggling a bunch of separate bottles. Reviewing any type of supplement is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. So, my review is directly related to my (or my wife’s) experience after using the product.These capsules are short and thick in the center. It is almost like swallowing a rock so I do not like the shape or the stiffness of it.The combination of ingredients is well rounded and beneficial.In researching the brand, I found an extensive website with a lot of information but no mention of 3rd party testing. This Totaria Health product contains vitamins D3, A, E, and K with both M4 and M7 components, along with boron. For 40 cents a day, you get 60 days’ worth of these soft gels. The fat soluble formula helps you get the most out of the supplements.If you take some of these supplements separately, you may consider these for their convenience and relative economy. They would certainly make an efficient travel companion.Although there’s no third-party testing noted, the manufacturer states that the contents of these soft gels are non-GMO.I’ve tolerated this product well. However, for some the size of the soft gel may be a challenge to swallow. I didn’t have that issue. You can see the size of the soft gel in relation to a quarter in the photo below.
