My daily multivitamin
I wanted something that combined a few things I usually buy separately, and I got this one because each packet had the multivitamin, the collagen, the omega-3, and the probiotic together, so I open one in the morning and everything I need for that day is already sorted out in front of me.I like the iron and B12 combination because I’ve had trouble with low energy in the past and a lot of multivitamins skip a meaningful iron dose. I noticed within the first week or so that I wasn’t dragging as much by mid-afternoon, which is usually when I reach for coffee just to get through the rest of my work.I also liked seeing collagen and biotin included instead of having to take those as a separate pill, and the probiotic count felt substantial rather than a token amount just to put a number on the label, so good value for the money. I usually take my probiotics at breakfast, so folding it into this same packet meant one less bottle sitting on my counter.I’ve been skipping the magnesium and ashwagandha capsule because I already get magnesium through another supplement I take daily, so adding a second source felt like more than I needed, and I did not want to double up without knowing where my total intake would land.I just set that particular capsule aside each day and took the rest of the packet as usual. Everything else worked into my routine easily, no side effects, no aftertaste, and I never felt like I was choking down a handful of pills just to get through one day’s dose.

Believe me when I say this thing works!!! I am 50 years old and going through premenopause I am taking a few supplements but no iron. I was searching and came across this product, so I decided to try it. I have been using it for a few days I saw results from the first use. Would definitely recommend the quality w little to no side effects. These are common vitamins good for all as we get older and they thought of the 6 most basic needs and packaged them all j to easy open and swallow pills per day. The only way it could’ve been a better product is 1 pill w all 6 but it would be huge or lacking.Highly recommend to get for a boost for yourself or for a friend in need. It’s only a 30day supply so why not try and if you love the effects of them you can always get the individual capsule that you really needed by trying this one!No worries on taste or odor it’s not like oil of oregano or fishy fish oils that stink up your breath. Good boost in health gut and energy. The packaging is nice so if you’re giving to friends that don’t usually take care of themselves ie older kids, family, neighbors the appearance looks nice.Enjoy!
