    I took this for 5 days. I stopped due to severe headaches, stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. I actually went to the ER it was so bad.This was the only change I had made. It took a few days to get right again but I am good now. Wasted my money on this and had to pay $250 to Doctor for meds to feel better!
