I love supplements and am always interested in products that combine a lot of the popular longevity and cellular health ingredients into one formula. This one definitely checks that box. The combination of NMN, NAD+, resveratrol, fisetin, berberine, spermidine, apigenin, CoQ10, and several liposomal ingredients makes for one of the more comprehensive formulas I’ve come across.The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the company appears to be focused on higher-end ingredients rather than filler. From a formulation standpoint, there’s a lot to like here.The reason I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is that with supplements like this, quality control and third-party testing matter a lot to me. While the ingredient list looks impressive, I wasn’t able to independently verify the testing or potency of what’s actually in the capsules. That doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the product—just that I personally place a high value on transparent testing and verification.If you’re evaluating this based strictly on ingredients, it’s an impressive formula. I just wish there was more easily verifiable quality-testing information available.

So, this is a good quality supplement with ingredients that have had a lot of studies performed on them. That being said, I completed the entire bottle, and didn’t notice any improvements or worsening of my mood, energy, skin, or stomach health.The pills themselves aren’t huge, and the serving size (3 pills) is reasonable as far as these kinds of supplements go. You don’t get a ton for your money, but you are getting a product from a brand that third-party tests their products, which is the best you can probably hope for.All in all, if you are already taking and seeing results from these ingredients, this supplement could be a good purchase for you. I personally did not see any positive or negative results from it.

I have been supplementing with NMN for several years now. Typically, I take a sublingual powder with good results, but this capsule form is a bit more convenient, especially when travelling. NMN is one of the more promising anti-aging supplements and for me it has the added bonus of improving my mood. Working in a field where customer service and interaction is a must, I just find myself to be a bit more ‘chipper’ and able to deal with annoying or stressful situations.The blend Toniiq has packed in these capsules is impressive, all of which have shown beneficial to anti-aging and skin health. Price per dose works out to be less than a dollar a day which is very reasonable, especially if you compare it to buying all the ingredients separately. If you are beginning to get up there in age, give this a try I think you’ll like it.

Average sized capsules with a slight noticeable taste. It’s a bit woody and spicy. Three capsules is a bit much, but I didn’t have any trouble swallowing them. I’m a fan of the ‘simple’ appearance of the bottle, though I found the fine print on the label a bit hard to read.I think this is an interesting combination of ingredients. All of them have some purported benefits individually, but the only one I really noticed was the Berberine, which I know from experience has an impact on my appetite. I wish I could say that I had more energy, or felt my life being extended, but no. I’m not totally convinced it will end up living up to the claims, but if you want to try some or all of these supplements I think this a decent way to get them.One of the product images states these are made in the USA, but this claim doesn’t appear anywhere else on the product page, or on the actual bottle. So I’m left wondering if it’s accurate.
