Liposomal Berberine is best for appetite control than regular Berberine alone. I have studied these 2 by MD’s and the Liposomal makes this the better product. Since I like to eat later than I should, I take one with breakfast and the other 2 with dinner. My cravings have subsided, and although due to health issues I can’t get much exercise, I have still lost 5 lbs just what short time I have taken them. I will continue with autoship on these unless they go up in price. Hope this helps if you are between the 2.
