I have only been taking it for a week, but the capsule is easy to swallow. I know it states that it is odorless, and for the most part I agree; the container does smell like garlic if you take a whiff, as expected. And there is a little taste before you swallow, but nothing after that, meaning it does not come through your pores or garlic breath, etc. Trust me, my wife would let me know ASAP. If a garlic regime is in your future, you cannot go wrong; the health benefits of garlic have been documented.

Garlic pills for good health
These garlic pills are great! There is zero garlic taste and no smell, easy on the stomach. I’m a breast feeding mom and garlic pills were suggested by my perinatal doctor to prevent clogged ducts and mastitis. I will say since I’ve started taking these I haven’t had a problem where I used to get a clogged duct every other week. They are a life saver, garlic is known to be a natural antibiotic so it makes sense why it works and I appreciate the price of these for the quality. Have bought 3 so far will continue!
