    Have read that cinnamon can help regulate or even help lower blood sugar readings. My son and I both take one of these capsules daily and trust their effectiveness. The capsules even have a pleasant, slight cinnamon smell. Neither of us have experienced any side effects or any drug interactions with other meds we take.
