4 out of 5 because they recently changed these and now they have an odor. The other capsules were clear yellow with no odor. It is still the best buy for the high amount of vitamin concentrations as well as the addition of CoQ10. Easy to swallow.

I started taking B complex vitamins because I have low energy and wow…since taking these, I feel so much better. I have more energy and also the size of these softgels are such a plus. I feel that these small softgels are doing wonders for my stomach. I LOVE that they are mini gels otherwise I would not have bought them, I just can’t swallow medium or big pills anymore.

DIDN’T WORK THAT GREAT 😕
I Hate to say it- But I felt No difference. 😥 I had it Since March 21 (2 months), & have been taking it- 2 a day. I missed a week. I’m Disappointed, because it was the only liquid gel that I found on here. I JUST noticed that the directions state that these 💊should be taken 20-30 min. before a meal; So Maybe that’s what it is. 🤔BUT I would think that they should STILL work.😕 I took them, whenever -with a meal. I took these in place of my other vit b. I think I will go back to my regular routine. I May try this again – another time – following the directions closely (20-30 mins. before a meal w/ an 8 oz. glass water.”)
