    the tablets are a bit large, but i can get them down, no after effects, i usually take at night before bed.

    Great bloodwork

    My doctor had prescribed me Vitamin D capsules along with taking Calcium supplements. I kept forgetting to take the Vitamin D capsules so my bloodwork was very up and down. I found these supplements and decided to try them my bloodwork has been amazing. My Vitamin D levels and Calcium levels are the best they have ever been. The pills are large so I take with food.

    I bought this based on others reviews. Wish I had not – it upset my stomach and when I tried to get a refund Amazon would not do the refund. That is ridiculous – I have since tried another calcium product and I am not having any stomach issues like i did with Theralogix Theracal D2000
