Health Matters
I watched a video Egg Whisperer talked about this supplement and the science behind it. I’m pretty healthy already so I haven’t noticed a lot of difference. But I should say I haven’t noticed anything negative either. This is amazing for fertility and egg quality. It has no taste I don’t mind it at all. It is expensive but you pay for quality.

Great brand
I have taken supplements from this brand before, they’re regarded as trusted and very high quality in the supplement space. My partner and I are wanting to conceive in about the next six months, so I’ve started taking these, and will continue to do so, as I’m a little bit older and so feel I can use all the help I can get as far as egg quality. I’m doing other things to help as well, but I will definitely keep these in the routine for at least the next six months or longer. While it does appear to be a pricey bottle, it is a 90 day supply, so that makes it a lot easier to digest. And, good supplements are not cheap, I’ve learned that over the years. The capsules are easy to take and I love that you only need to take one a day, as so many supplements these days are 2, 4, or even 6+ pills a day which gets to be a LOT when you are taking multiple supplements.

This supplement, like the others I’ve tried, has been very gentle on my stomach. I didn’t experience any nausea or digestive discomfort, which is important to me.I started taking OvaNAD+ to support egg quality, but since I haven’t become pregnant yet, it’s hard for me to say definitively how effective it has been in that regard.
