It can be a much better choice depending on circumstances
My husband is quite susceptible to infections in the winter and they linger for a long time. Anything that he can do to decrease the likelihood or duration of illness is so important. When I saw a patch was available as an immunity booster, we had to give it a try.He likes that he doesn’t have to ingest because he’s sensitive to a lot of prescriptions, OTC and supplements.Can wear all day without it stickiness coming off. However, haven’t tried it under more aggressive circumstances like showering, working out, more physical house/yard work.Doesn’t irritate skin.Not sure about effectiveness. He hasn’t gotten sick but neither has anyone else around us.This is super convenient.More expensive than supplements been getting but if this is a better fit for you, they aren’t very expensive when break it down to daily use.

These patches don’t stay on.
I used this during covid season just recently. I didn’t like them because they wouldn’t stay on. The adhesive wasn’t very good.

I was very skeptical about results but have been very pleased. I usually get sick this time of year and need a steroid shot. Not this year since I’ve been wearing these patches!Do not use near your naval as I developed a sore and still have a scar a month later.

PROS:- Came in a simple cardboard package and inside in a zip up bag.- Love that it is a slow-release that lasts 24-hrs. Love the ingredients: Zinc, Vit. C, Echinacea and Ginkgo Biloba, which are great for immunity both when you are sick and preventative. Great for shortening colds.- Stickers are easy to use. They are clear and discrete. They state: I in a box and below in small print: THE PATCH REMEDY in white. In general, the whole sticker is hard to see on skin, which is fantastic to be able to place in various locations without fear of attracting anyone’s attention; especially don’t want to scare others if you’re just taking precautions.- Sticker lasts long. Pictured image is the morning after. I placed it on my chest under a shirt. It came off easily, granted there was little to no hair on the site. I was a little nervous that I had put oil on my skin after showering and hope the immunity absorption still happened after cleaning with paper but still, it stayed on without a problem. I would generally not recommend to use oil before placing it on, but I really wanted to test it out.- Price shown as $24 for a 30-pack, which means they are about $0.80 each. I think this is good deal considering it’s constantly releasing for 24 hours.- The patches also last a while. These are set to expire in over 3 years!! That’s awesome.PROS/CONS:- It’s hard to gauge if a supplement is working, as it can take time to compare to other supplement uses, but when I have felt like I was starting to get sniffley, I have used these and have stopped feeling like this. Granted sometimes it happens on its own too. But a little help doesn’t hurt anyway. Love having the option for additional support.CONS:- Love the ingredients, just wish they were organic. or at least Non-GMO
