Quality Liquid Niacinamide
This is a very pleasant tasting liquid Niacinamide. It’s easy to measure. One dropper = 1ml = 16mg. My multivitamin contains 20mg of niacinamide plus 1 mg of NADH (a biologically active form of B3). Every morning, I take 1.3 ml of the liquid B3, measured with a 1ml oral syringe. Just before I go to bed, I take 0.5 ml = 8mg. This is the equivalent of taking 500mg of tryptophan, which my body can’t process (because of a genetic mutation. However I’m fine with Niacinamide) I consistently fall asleep very quickly.I highly recommend this brand of Niacinamide
