I’ve been using this Genius brand protein powder for about 2 weeks now. My only real complaint is that there isn’t more of it. It tastes great, hot or cold. I have found that it mixes well hot or cold, but I think I prefer the cold over the hot. I’ve been mixing it with just water as I am trying to go really low carbs, but high protein. It mixes well in a shaker with a mixing ball and is pretty much completely dissolved in less than 30 seconds of shaking. It calls for one scoop with 8oz of water, and then another scoop for each additional 4oz of water. I’ve been stretching this to 1 1/2 scoops per 16oz of water and it’s just fine, just a little weaker, but it also helps me get a few extra ounces of water in. Once mixed, it’s really easy to drink and goes down quick. I’m using it more as a snack that helps me feel fuller in between meals and as a way to boost my protein intake, so this works well for me. It’s not really sweet, but sweet enough that I consider it a treat. I would get this again.
