I take CoQ10 every day. It’s part of my statin therapy. Also, I find it helps with aerobic endurance. I know about the Absorption COmpany, as I’ve taken their products in the past. However, still, they don’t have NSF / USP certifications of their products, nor a published COA’s. In terms of the actual supplement, it’s a bit bizarre. Most Coq10 supplements I take are in a liquid carrier oil. This product says there is MCT oil, but the actual pills are in powdered form. I don’t know what to make of it. It’s easy to swallow and has no adverse effects on me. But, in terms of overall effectiveness, I can’t say. The company makes claims of having high bioavailability of their products, but I’ve not seen the science or proof behind those claims yet.

High bioavailability CoQ10
This is a strong CoQ10 supplement, mainly because it focuses on absorption rather than just using a large dose. It uses NuQ10, a newer form of CoQ10 designed to be much more bioavailable, and the company claims about 10x better absorption than standard CoQ10.That matters because CoQ10 is not absorbed especially well on its own. I would rather take a lower dose that is actually absorbed well than simply chase a bigger number on the label. I also like that it is third-party tested and only requires one capsule per day.CoQ10 is something I take more for long-term mitochondrial, heart, and energy support than for any dramatic immediate effect. I would not expect most people to feel a huge difference right away, but the formulation itself makes sense.Overall, I think this is a very good CoQ10 option. The NuQ10 delivery system is the main reason I like it, and the two-month supply makes the value pretty reasonable.

I am required to take CoQ10 on a regular basis due to my health. I have found this to be a really good supplement. It’s nice to only need to take one per day, versus a typical two. I haven’t noticed any obvious improvements, but I’ve been on CoQ10 for a couple years now so I would be surprised if anything obvious came of it. I haven’t had any negative side effects in the form of digestive issues or signs of allergy. The pills are a little big, but easy to swallow.This is not the first supplement that I have ordered from the absorption company. Although they tend to be on the higher side financially, they are manufactured in a GMP and FDA registered facility. Their third-party tested and non-GMO. I feel like all that makes it worth the investment.
