Fixed my menstruation issues
I did not want to go on birth control pills or surgery so I had tried everything to help fix the hormone issues I was having that were causing very heavy and prolonged menstrual periods. I read a lot about and watched many youtube videos about iodine/iodide before I tried this and it was well worth it. After months of heavy bleeding I started using this daily for a week and the bleeding stopped completely and has not started back and it has been about 7 weeks. Now I take it once a week and I have so much energy and sleep very well. Do your research prior to using it. I’m 42 years old and I also have low thyroid and take a prescription for it but this also is helping support my thyroid.

Great product!
If you look when you’re at your supermarket, you’ll find that most (nearly all) salt sold in America no longer has iodine added to it. Wow! The FDA used to require it. Now the farming soils are greatly depleted of iodine from a hundred years over cultivation. You don’t get iodine in your grains anymore . Any wonder why so many folks now have iodine defficiencies. When I was a kid (over 50 years ago) it was largely unheard of. Now, I can name several people I know, or am related to, that have thyroid issues, requiring Dr. visits, tests, Synthroid or Armour perscriptions, etc. It’s the new reality. …and yet another money pipe for those working in healthcare.
