Collagen and Probiotic Powder
There are 60 pills in the bottle. If you take the recommended 2 per day, the bottle will last one month. This is pretty good value for the money. The pills are large sized, and taking 2 pills per day can become difficult quick. The capsules also were easily twisted apart in my fingers which means they are not heat sealed. This will compromise the quality quicker. I have to wonder why the manufacturer chose powdered bacteria rather than soft gel capsules or liquid. Unfortunately, “live” cultures are not listed on the bottle, so you’re getting a bunch of dead bacteria in the form of a powder. I would love if this was live bacteria.When buying supplements, always look for 3rd party testing. Not just that the bottle/listing says “3rd party testing”, but that you can actually look at the report where the product was tested which ideally is posted on the listing. Ask your doctor about potential supplements you are looking at including in your lifestyle, and follow up with your doctor about the supplements you’re taking. If you buy this supplement, take the actual bottle to your doctor so they know what you’re taking!

Reasonable price for a quality brand name
I take a lot of supplements, and I’m familiar with this brand and have always been pleased with the quality.I like that this particular supplement covers two bases in one pill—collagen and probiotics. I do wish there were more than just 10 strains of probiotic, though.As with any supplement, only time will tell how well they work, but so far, so good. I do get tired of having to take two capsules, but it seems like more and more manufacturers are doing this, and I don’t understand why. Couldn’t you put the same effect/benefit into one capsule?Still, at $16 (current price) for 60 capsules (a 30-day supply), that’s a reasonable price. I would just really love it if I didn’t have to take 30+ capsules every morning just because most manufacturer’s now make you take two capsules instead of one.

TL;DR: Actually a great supplement (probiotic)This is a unique supplement. Firstly, it contains probiotics, 10 strains. And it contains some good strains too (L. gasseri), plus some that you rarely find in traditional probiotics. At 50 billion CFU, that is a great middle ground (most probiotics are 5 billion to 100 billion CFU) The value alone on that is outstanding.It contains a mix of collagen peptide sources as well as (egg & fish allergy alert). At first it was odd it didn’t contain biotin, as most collagen supplements do. This can actually be a good thing, because biotin supplementation can interfere with medical lab results.Overall, the way I see it, this is a probiotic supplement that happens to contain collagens. Great find.

Good Product but Does Contain a Histamine Increasing Probiotic Strain.
I was going to remove one star because unfortunately, I am not able to use this supplement because one of the probiotic strains can increase histamine and I am histamine sensitive. Somehow I missed that looking through the list of ingredients when I ordered.I decided to leave this supplement with 5 stars because I gave it to my husband to use since he isn’t histamine sensitive like me. It’s too soon to know of any concrete benefit, but over time we will see. What he has noticed so far is no stomach upset and no heartburn or indigestion from using this product.I do like this brand and I have purchased other products from them before and had good success. This is a good brand, I do like the many strains of probiotics, and love that it includes collagen.I also appreciate that it does have 50 billion CFU’s. From what I’ve read, you want a probiotic supplement with at least 20 billion CFU’s. Then to add collagen in on top of that, it’s a perfect combination. One product instead of two is not only easier to take, but more cost effective.Also a big benefit is that this can be taken with or without food. If you forget to take something that requires you to eat first then you have to wait until the next time you eat to take it. But with this product you just have to take it when you remember.Their contact information is on the label. It shows their address, their website, their phone number, and even their support address. To me this is always a sign of good quality because they care and make it easy enough for you to contact them if you need to.The expiration date is within date. Sometimes you might get products that are expired. You need to check the expiration to make sure that you’ll be able to finish the product before the expiration date.Overall, I think this is an excellent product. Wish I could take it! I highly recommend.

Effective and inexpensive combination supplement to support women
I take collagen to support my hair, skin and bone strength and probiotics for my gut and feminine biome. This supplement provides both so I was curious to try it. The tasteless capsules are medium sized and easy for me to swallow. They are easy to take and are surprisingly effective. They have kept my feminine flora in balance, with no unpleasantness. My gut is happier and less gassy. My nails have gotten stronger. So, I’m a happy camper. I can’t say that they increase my energy. I feel confident taking them since they are made in the USA in a GMP facility. At approximately 50 cents a day, they are a good value for the efficacy they provide.
