I frequently get bloated due to some of the things that I eat, but I also habitually hold on to salt. If I consume too much, I bloat badly. I wanted to try this to see if it would help. I also find myself very gassy after eating a lot of fiber products. This has helped eliminate the need for me to take a bloat pill and a gas pill. Its a good combination that helps relieve both issues simultaneously. They smell a bit odd out of the bottle but it doesnt cause any bad aftertaste. I will probably ditch both of the bottles of things I take now in lieu of taking these every day!

Nice product
I knocked off 2 stars because the price (currently $44.10) is ridiculously high. Otherwise, I think this is a good product. I like the combination of ingredients, all of which are helpful for digestion. They do seem to help me with bloating/gas after I have overindulged.

Terra Health’s Essentials Bloat Control comes in a bottle that has three seals (outer pink plastic seal, inner clear plastic seal over the lid, and a third seal on the top of the bottle. The directions say to take 2 tablets with a meal, so it appears to be more designed to be used when dining on foods that make one gassy, rather than taking them after you already have the problem. I’m unclear what ‘fast-acting no bloat relief means’; if you take the pills and don’t bloat, then you wouldn’t need relief from a symptom you don’t have.The bottle contains 60 capsules. Since a dose is two capsules, the cost per dose is $44.10/30, or $1.47 per dose. This is very pricey compared to other gas relief/control products.

I always look for natural or holistic ways when it comes to pills.For the month I took them, they did help and reduce my bloating. It also changed my eating habits and refrained from salty and sugary foods.These pills are effective and just 2 a day is all that’s needed with no side effects or aftertaste.For the price they are kinda high, but if you want something natural to try, these might fit the bill.

As long as it’s only bloating then there shouldn’t be any problems, but the bloating usually has another effect that no one wants to have happen when they’re out in public. These pills provide enzymes that are known to help breakdown carbs and dairy. Normally I would take Bino followed with a few Lactaid tablets, but having two of these alleviates having to have multiple pills to take care of different issues.I would say that this works well enough trying dairy or mushrooms. I’m not sure if it takes more than the namebrand in order to make this work, but it does work.At $49 MSRP, its not the cheapest option out there but is still worth a look.
