The capsules are easy to get down with a drink and there is no after taste or any foul burps.This probiotic offers a good well-rounded blend of probiotic beneficial bacteria, which helps reduce the bloating and gas affects from various foods and aids in digestion of such foods. Calm That Belly! Busts Blockage Natrually!
This supplement was something I wanted to try for my gut funk and occasional blockage, combining 11 probiotics with a fructooligosaccharide prebiotic. Each dose is two average-sized capsules that are easy to swallow with water. The supplement was great when taken with a meal and didn’t cause me bloating, bubbles, odd-flavored burps, or nausea.After taking this for a week, I noticed my blockages becoming slightly less intense, with also less ‘bubbly’ feelings down in the basement. Two weeks was when my ‘plumbing’ felt most notably smoother and I wasn’t straining or camping out on the loo as often. By the time I was done with the bottle, I’d say that my plumbing feels about 70-80% what it was when I was 30 years younger. This works!!!

I got this probiotic because I like to take a probiotic on a regular basis. The capsules are quite large and you are supposed to take two every day. I prefer to open these up and take the powder rather than swallow the whole capsule. The powder has a slightly sweet flavor with a hint of yeastiness. It comes with a small amount of calcium. I don’t really understand why this is included but I wish it wasn’t in there because I don’t prefer to supplement calcium.There is no information that I could find about where this is manufactured or if that facility is GMP certified. I would feel better knowing this information.This comes very securely packaged- two seals on the outside and another seal on the inside of the bottle.

Good gut health supplement
Nice gut health supplement that my wife has been happy with. She hasn’t experienced any negative side effects but says it has helped her digest some meals when she may have overindulged a bit. Decent value but the price is a bit higher than some alternatives.
