I felt like my synapses were firing again—in the best way possible. I’m more focused, and truly feel like a sharper and creative version myself. It worked so well that I’ve already referred five people to buy it. My friends that have tried this supplement have come back to tell me that they feel noticeably much more productive.Fair warning though: if you take it at night, your dreams may turn into full-length, hyper-realistic movies detailed, vivid, and long. WOW… I have to say, this lions mane extract supplement is a miracle pill. I have pretty severe attention deficit disorder and the occasional anxiety/depression that likes to tag along with it. I’ve tried countless other “natural” solutions/nootropics like 5-HTP, GABA, and even other mushroom supplements, but I could never tell if they were actually doing anything, let alone replace my adderall prescription. However, when I take this ELMNT Mushroom Brain Booster product I can legitimately FEEL a difference in my ability to focus and get things done. I’ve tried taking it with and without my adderall prescription and have experienced interesting effects with both:WITH it is actually really interesting because it seems to ‘narrow’ my focus a lot more so I don’t have the ‘shotgun’ brain where I try to do everything and anything at once. It also seems to make the effects last longer and the come-down is much less dramatic. WITHOUT it, I was pleasantly surprised to still feel the effects quite noticeably and have actually been able to focus on / complete tasks I would usually wait to do until I took adderall again. I will say though, it is NOT adderall, which should be obvious, but I feel I need to point that out for all the “smart” people on the internet haha… It definitely doesn’t give you that intense surge of energy, but as far as non-stimulant alternatives go, this is by far the best I’ve tried. It helps *just enough* so that I’m not completely useless the days I don’t take adderall. One additional benefit I want to mention is how much it has helped control my anxiety & overall mood. I think it’s from the Ashwagandha & Rhodiola Rosea they added to the formula which I really like. I’m noticing a slightly more positive/motivated energy & mood and my usual mood swings are much less intense (especially the post-adderall anxiety). I’ve been taking a separate Ashwagandha supplement for anxiety/stress, but now I can just take this and get all the benefits in one (which is nice if you’re like me and hate taking tons of pills every day). Anyway, I am very happy to have stumbled across this product and decided to take a chance even though it had a lot fewer reviews than other lion’s mane products. So if you’re looking for an adderall alternative that actually works, or need to boost your ability to focus on tasks or your motivation/energy/mood, I would recommend this product 100%.

Improved focus, deeper thoughts

I have been taking this product for 4 days while logging my experience and noticed the following benefits: improved mental acuity, deeper more insightful thoughts, and more ease when switching from task to task.The first thing I noticed about this Lion’s Mane product is it felt like my brain was firing a little faster, even when not taken with caffeine, and also I didn’t need that moment of “okay what am I doing” to collect myself when starting a new task.Luckily I work a mostly stress free job so I can’t speak to the stress reduction benefits of the ashwagandha or rhodiola in the product, but with caffeine it seems to be a smoother more focused experience.This product lends itself to more mental energy than physical (you are able to more productively focus on and move though tasks without the feeling of needing to get up and move around).I feel like this product would be great for someone who already takes a lions mane supplement and is looking for a little extra, or for someone who likes coffee/energy drinks but wants more focus without having to taste lions mane in its powdered form.I also appreciate that Elmnt puts the extract standardizations on their label so you can compare it to other products that accurately label their formulas.Some improvements Elmnt could make would be to use the trademarked versions of the ingredients in their product (but I assume that would drive up the cost) or put the results of the 3rd party tests on their website. The container states that Lions Mane is lab tested so it would be nice to see those results somewhere to reassure us that we are getting what is on the label. Based on my experience though, I am confident that this product contains lions mane, rhodiola, and ashwagandha as I have used all of these in the past.
