    Tenmido Neem Leaf Supplement: a review.

    So, there’s this Tenmido Neem Leaf Supplement that’s got all these different herbs mixed in, like turmeric, ceylon cinnamon, and ginger. The bottle looks like any other supplement bottle, nothing fancy. They say it’s good for your imune system, which is cool, but the package doesn’t really tell you how much of each herb you’re getting, wich is kinda annoying. Neem’s supposed to help with immunity, and with all those other ingredients, it sounds like a decent mix for health. But, the vegan part is a nice touch, though, if you’re into that kinda thing. Its just that with no clear breakdown of the ingredients, its a bit of a guessing game on what you’re actually taking. Fun Fact: Tenmido originally started as a small family business in the herbal markets of Mumbai, known for their traditional recipes passed down through generations.

    Great 8 in1 Combo

    I am a big believer in herbal and Ayurvedic medicine, so I was familiar with the reported benefits of the individual ingredients. Getting all these powerful herbs in one capsule makes it an easy to take, great bargain. My main reason for getting this was the Neem. I am a huge fan of Neem. It’s been highly regarded for antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory benefits for hundreds of years. And, with a 10:1 extract ratio, there is a concentrated dose of the active ingredients. Previously, I only used Neem Oil topically, and I was blown away by how effective it was. Hence, I was excited to try it in capsule form. But, this supplement was a great reminder to pay attention and study any/all potential interactions with any medications one takes. Currently, I am on blood thinners, and this supplement is contraindicated with blood thinner usage. Consequently, I have been unable to take it long enough to report on the other health benefits. Although, I still believe this is a great supplement, which would be beneficial if I were not on blood thinners. I noticed I was getting a strange feeling in my head whenever I took it. So, I re-read everything and did further research. The mistake was mine. Although, I think the company should stress this warning. However, I believe this is a good example of why one should always do their own research and consult their doctor before taking any herbal supplement, especially if they are taking any medication. This is why I did not give this five stars, which it probably deserves if not for the interaction with my blood thinner medication.

    This was the first time I ever tried the supplement Neem. I had never heard of it and I did my research to make sure this was a good supplement to take. The bottle comes with 150 capsules and each serving size is 3 capsules which provides a total of 50 servings per bottle. At the time of this review, the product was priced at $18.98.After doing my research I found that Neem has many benefits, such as: Anti-oxidative properties, Antibacterial, Anti-fungal, Immune support, Blood sugar control, and more. This product has 8 supplements in 1 bottle and is a really powerful benefit to the body. There are so many ingredients in this product that help strengthen the body’s wellbeing, I cannot stress that enough and wouldn’t be able to fit all of the benefits into a single review.I had no issues while taking this product. It was easy to swallow, it was 3 capsules though which can be a lot for someone else in a day. I made it a habit of taking so I had no issues because I knew it was doing really good for me.I give this a 5 star. I am thrilled to have a supplement that has an all-in-one combination to what I am looking for, and on top of that, Neem was a plus and something I will continue to include in my future supplements. I highly recommend! Make sure you check with your healthcare provider if it is right for you.

    Multiple supplements in one capsule

    I ordered this because I’ve been told that many of the ingredients are supposed to fight inflammation in the body. I’m impressed with the ingredients — it contains turmeric which I normally can’t take because the smell and taste are so strong, but this capsule doesn’t have much taste to it, and the cinnamon is the strongest scent/taste. It also has neem leaf, ginger, amla and ginkgo biloba, and I like that it combines a variety of supplements into one capsule.The capsules aren’t that big and are pretty easy to swallow. You take them with water before a meal. The dose is three pills once a day, and the container has 150 capsules, so you get nearly two months’ worth.I haven’t had any adverse effects and I feel like I have a bit more energy on these. I’m hoping they will lower inflammation in general and give my immune system a boost during the long winter months ahead.
