My youngest son has been taking this supplement for a month now, and I’ve noticed significant improvements in areas where we had concerns.Firstly, he was extremely picky about his food, particularly textures. However, he enjoys taking these supplements.Secondly, he has a speech impediment, but he’s on the borderline with this diagnosis. His attention span is low, but he does exceptionally well in preschool now. We’ve observed these improvements across the board. Mixed Results. Improved Focus but Unexpected Irritability
I bought these gummies for my 14‑year‑old son to help with his concentration at school. They definitely improved his ability to focus, but we noticed a concerning side effect. He became unusually irritable during class, and the added frustration actually worked against the benefits, he ended up hyper‑focused on whatever was bothering him instead of the work in front of him.They may work well for some teens, but for us the mood changes outweighed the positive effects.

This one has a slightly better taste and texture than the multi-vitamin and Magnesium version. It was tolerable but still not my teens favorite. I would not purchase this again.
