Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any significant change in my skin tone or any increase in a natural-looking tan during that time.For context, I’m very active outdoors and play pickleball almost every day, often working up a heavy sweat during my sessions. It’s possible that my lifestyle, metabolism, or individual body chemistry affected the results, but based on my personal experience, I didn’t see the noticeable golden glow that I was expecting from the product.On the positive side, the capsules are small, easy to swallow, and didn’t cause any stomach discomfort or unpleasant aftertaste.
