This is the best gluten helper. After eating gluten I take these and they keep the stomach issues to a minimum. I can even sleep now after eating gluten thanks to Z Glut.

Plain and simple, if you get a lot of stomach upsets and diarrhea from eating gluten, those symptoms subside by taking this product before your meal. Very good product to add to your purse for when you need it. NOT an every day item.

I got this bottle in Jan, on the first dose i was very gasy, i have used it few times . I still got constipated with gluten but did go sooner than without the supplement. Its an okey product but i need somethings else.

I saw that Amazon carries ZGlutn now and was excited to see it on sale! Guess what?! Not only does the bottle look different, but the ingredients are also not the same. I’m not saying that this product wouldn’t be helpful to people. But as you can see in the picture that I got from the Systemic Formulas website (they have this same formula sheet in this post but you cannot read it because it’s blurry!), you are getting 300,000,000 instead of the 465,000,000 ad shown on the ingredient label. I’m not sure what is going on here, but I bought the supplement for a gut healing program and I need the formula to be according to Systemic Formulas ingredient list, so I’m contacting the company for a refund. Proceed with caution. 🙂
