It didn’t work well with my sensitive stomach. But that’s on me for not reading the caffeine content. If you don’t have caffeine sensitivity then these will e a great addition to your daily routine.

A Game Changer For Menopausal Women
This is a game changer for those going through menopause. I was getting hormone pellet replacement through my Dr and one time the Dr office was out of the pellets and it would be 10 days before the were back in stock…I was having serious issues of crying ,brain fog and many other issues of menopause. A friend suggest going to a health food store and seeing what they suggested…This product was what was recommended. I bought it and took my first dosage right there in the parking lot….It was amazing how fast it started working ( with in 30 min) ….6 months later and I have never used anything but this product….Amazon delivers it to me monthly…I highly recommend it

Excellent Supplement
Personally, I’ve been hesitant to try any new supplements. Some just don’t agree with me, in various ways. I tried some that had just the mushroom and they made me feel a little strange and these ones contain 100mg of white button mushroom extract. I tried them anyway. lol I am 44 and not yet experiencing any pre-menopausal symptoms. However, I do get very tired when I get my period.Anyway, be sure to check the ingredients before purchasing, as these do have various things, such as caffeine. Because of this, I started with just 1 to see if they made me feel weird. They didn’t. I haven’t really been using them long enough to determine any long term effects, but I do feel less exhausted all the time. And I can really appreciate that. I may get a couple more bottles, just for that reason, alone. The price is a bit high, so I’ll have to wait until I finish the bottle to make that decision. But so far, they’ve been great.

These have Caffeine-Pricey but Good Brand
Be aware these have a decent amount of caffeine in them. I didn’t realize there was any caffeine when I ordered them and I didn’t realize that until almost 2 weeks in. I know it’s my bad for not reading the whole ingredient list. For some reason it never occurred to me that these would have something like that in them. I started having symptoms I only get when my body is struggling, being overloaded with something like caffeine, a stimulant over a period of time, or when I am having an allergic reaction. I happened to be having more caffeine than usual during the time I was taking these, so I am leaning towards overstimulated being the issue.Other than that these have some good stuff in them, fairly large amounts on many of them though, so you may want to start with only 1 or 2 pills a day instead of 3 to see how you take to them. Sweat Ethic is a trusted brand, their products are third-party tested. These have expiration dates printed on the bottom. I wasn’t too impressed with my bottle, it didn’t get sealed right, the cotton was sticking out. The price($50) is kind of high, even though the bottle has 90 capsules, that’s only one month’s supply. However if this can help with everything it’s supposed to, it would be worth it. I am going to give them another try and be more careful on my caffeine intake this time.
