    Excellent product that let me get rid of bruises in my arms

    My arms were full of bruises, probably produced by aspirin and other pain relievers and anti-inflammatory products. Anything I would bump into, even slightly, gave me a huge, ugly, purple bruise. I went to many medical doctors and they just looked at the bruises, never giving me a remedy for them. Taking this Vitamin C together with RUTIN, took care forever of that problem in less than one month. I found from experience that the Vitamin C alone will not do the trick. I tried that and didn’t work. It seems that taking the Vitamin C with RUTIN will facilitate or increase the absorption of the Vitamin C by your body. When later I told that to my family medical doctor, he then remembered that in our native country of Cuba, in the 1950’s, there was a product called RUTASCORBIN that combined Vitamin C and Rutin. He just forgot, after so many years.

    Very easy to swallow and distinguish

    I like to just take my pills/vitamins as quickly as possible. Don’t want to taste them, just get it over with. These Swanson vitamin C vitamins do just that. They are just the right size that I can swallow them along with other small tablets and be done with several in one swallow. I love that. I also like the colors. Not only is it appealing, it is helpful for me to be able to rapidly distinguish them from my other pills/vitamins for my pill box. Sadly, I have to take several medications along with vitamins, so this coloration is a helpful aspect since I fill my pill box myself. Less confusion for me if I get distracted while refilling for the week. I will keep purchasing this product!

    Great VitC

    I had no problem taking this capsule. There is no flavor. I would assume it was absorbed because I never saw it again. All in all good bang for your buck(s)!!

    I took away the capsules and added the powder into my soup.It improved my eyesight.Very good product!

    Better than pill

    They don’t get stuck in the back of my throat as a hard tablet, the capsule goes down very well. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing pills but the particular vitamin C with rose hips I was taking a solid tablet more than one occasion has cut stuck in the back of my throat and my wind pipe so I had to quit and I found these capsules and they work great .
