Like so many products sold in the US, unless it is coming from a pharmaceutical company, and approved by the FDA, people discount the clinical trials and evidence. I learned about the science of brain function and began taking 500mg a day because I felt very comfortable with what I learned. For me , it does improve my memory and mental acuity and focus. I am not ape about it costing $30 / month, but that’s show biz.CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING ANYTHING.

Memory and Focus
I use this product to enhance my memory, focus and cognition. It works great and I just got all B’s in my first semester of law school. It is just about as good if not better than Alpha-GPC. Alpha-GPC gave me severe symptoms of depression and I had to cease it. Ever since that depression I’ve used CDP-Choline and it is AWESOME! The effects aren’t as noticeable now as they were a few months ago but I trust they are still there and I am just used to it by now. They help me focus a lot and make me “smarter.” I mix it with Omega-3’s and highly bioavailable CoQ10.

caution
My wife and I tried this product and it appears to act as advertised however a word of caution. I suffer from post herpetic neuralgia(PHN) as a result of the shingles. I found that after about a week of taking this supplement my nerve pain intensified and the frequency of repeating discomfort increased. I have since stopped using the supplement and my pain levels have returned to what they were before taking the product. I take no other medications for the PHN such as lyrica, etc. so there is no drug interaction at play.My wife however continues to use the product and finds it does work as advertised.

This is so misleading. “1000mg 60 capsules” means “1000mg x 60 capsules” which this is not. You are getting exactly half because each cap is only 500mg.
