Helps with daily stress
I’ve been really impressed with this hops supplement for daily stress and relaxation. The capsules are easy to swallow. There’s a noticeable taste and smell similar to beer but nothing too strong. Seems to work for helping with sleep. I switched back to clar*** from zy**** for allergies since starting these since Z is stronger but makes me sleepy. No side effect that I can tell, easy to swallow with water.

Good brand but I did not notice a big difference
I like that Swanson is a well established supplement brand and that the product is made following GMP standards, which gives me more confidence in the quality control. The capsules are easy to take and I appreciate the simple formula. However, after using them, I personally did not notice much of a difference in my mood or stress levels. It may work better for some people, but I did not experience a noticeable calming effect, which is why I’m giving it four stars.

Reduces hot flashes and anxiety.
The capsules seem to help with hot flashes at night. I’ve been taking 1 capsule every night for about 3 weeks and sleep good, without flashes. I do believe that they also help with mild anxiety.
