Worth a Try
I recognize the Swanson brand since its been around for ages. While Swanson is not my preferred brand, it often serves as my in between brand. I’ve been taking these capsules for about 3 weeks. My usual brand has the same mushroom profile, but I feel more energetic with my preferred brand. I have yet to get that pep in my step with these. I’ll give these a fair try until the bottle runs out, but I probably would not get again. If I notice a difference in effectiveness in the coming weeks, I’ll come back and update this review. It could be the dosage amount. But for now, I think this mushroom complex is inferior to my preferred brand. No side effects and at last check, Swanson does third-party testing. I don’t want to discourage use of this product as supplements can be quite subjective from person to person. It’s a decent value from a trusted company.

A really good 14-in-1 mushroom complex that’s great for your immune function. This blend has antioxidant-rich mushrooms, which help your overall wellness levels. You’ll notice an increase in mental clarity, better digestion, regulated blood sugars, increased cardiovascular wellness, and several other positive benefits. The capsules are easy to swallow, but you may burp a bit more and have a bit of an aftertaste. One of the great things about this blend is that your body will start to gently detox a few days to a week or so after you begin taking it. This blend is a great value for the price.

Impressive Mushroom Complex!
I feel like there’s always something new coming out about mushrooms and how they are good for you. The challenge most of us have is knowing which ones to get and knowing if they’re good quality or not, and that’s really the intention here, you get a wide variety of mushrooms that have known health benefits, and you’re able to get them of a good quality too. So let’s see if they held up to my scrutiny:Pros -First off, big fan of Swanson, I’ve tried many of their supplements and have had no complaints. The quality seems to be consistent, you can re-order and know you’re getting the same thing and I feel like they always hit that sweet spot of having the right price for the quality you’re getting too. I feel like these really hit the right spot too of giving you several benefits of mushrooms as almost a “vitamin” type approach so you know you’re able to get some exposure to a good number of mushrooms and your body will adapt and use what it needs. I felt like these specifically for me generally helped me with my overall mood and just being more relaxed and they worked really well for me. I used them for about a week and a half consistently and that’s when I felt like I was seeing a difference. They’re very easy to to open and use as well, and I take them with my morning coffee as a good little pick-me up for energy.Cons -No complaints or issues specifically to report.Final Verdict -I’d place these in my “MUST BUY” category, I try to save this for the products which I think really deliver and here for the price and quality, I think you’re doing some major good for yourself and your body and as more research comes out, you’ll be happy you had these in your supplement stack.

Like the 35 mgs of each of the 14 Mushroom Types
I got this because I like to take Mushroom supplements for the benefits they may possibly have with my immune health. Many mushrooms in this blend contain Beta Glucans which are polysaccharides that are thought to behave as immunomodulators possibly. In the past I would have some of my favorite mushroom types for supplementation with, and then a new study would come out with great news on a type I was not using. So my stack was always changing with new ones being added and old ones being eliminated. Sometimes a positive study emerged on a mushroom type I had discontinued and it came back to my stack. So eventually I decided personally the best route for me was a mushroom blend that had many types, like this brand is offering. The problem I sometimes ran into was some brands carry a blend or complex that had a total weight for all the mushroom types and did not disclose how much of each type was in it. I had no idea if I was going to get the same dosage for each type or more of the expensive types or more of the cheap types. This brand is disclosing each type at 35 mgs which I am all smiles with. And that’s with just 1 capsule which keeps my pill count down. Not only that, but there are several types in this that are usually quite pricey imo like the Meshimakabu, Willow Bracket and Zhu Ling. And I really like those three types due to what studies are observing with how they possibly interact with unhealthy cells that pose possible health risks. The Turkey Tail is a favorite of mine for the way it is thought to possibly be beneficial with gut health with the immune support it may have. The great thing about Swanson is I never have to worry about quality and lack of testing. They are consistent imo with providing that which they state. Usually they have very good prices imo like this product at the time of this review. Due to all those reasons and more, about a third of my stack consists of Swanson products. I definitely consider this brand being in my top three with preference. Something on this product that an experienced mushroom stacker might look for is that each type is listed as Mycelium or Fruiting Bodies. That’s what you want with your mushroom supplement imo, as that’s the part that offers the best chances possibly imo with beneficial bodily interactions. So no worries with getting stems or whatnot that offer little or possibly no benefit. This product is new for me, and I did not know Swanson carried this. I am all 10 stars with this and definitely a keeper for my stack going forward. I had no bad sides and found the caps easy to take. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

This great supplement includes the benefits of 14 different mushrooms that have been used traditionally for boosting ones natural immunity.The only thing I didn’t like about this supplement is that it does mess with my sleep somewhat if I take it too late in the day. This is not surprising because this supplement helps to boost energy levels and mental clarity. My solution is to just make sure I take this supplement in the morning and not the evening.At the current sale price for a 2 month supply, I would say this as a pretty good value for the money.
